First time visiting this location. Decided to download the app for the first time and giving that a try. The app was very easy to use and it was very quick to place an order. I drove to the location to pick up the order thru the drive thru like I requested in the app. I get to the speaker and say my code. The voice on the other end was mumbled I figured they were having issues so I brushed it off. I get to the first window and a girl is sitting in a chair against the wall with an air pod in one ear and wearing the headset on the other. She doesn't say anything. She slowly stands up gives me my receipt without saying anything. Then as I was ready to pull away she says shut the hell up. I'm assuming it was into the microphone. I pull up to the next window and I'm greeted by a young man who hands me my drinks and said to hold on a minute because he was waiting on the food. I said no problem. When my food comes to the window he hands me a bag that is very light and 3 happy meal boxes. I turn around and grab my receipt and tell him I only ordered 2 happy meals. I then hand him the receipt and tell him I ordered 2. He looks at it then looks at me and says what am I looking at? I then tell him again that I only ordered 2 and that I'm missing a hamburger and a 4 PC nugget. He then turns around and hands me a 4th happy meal. By this point I see I have all of my items and leave. When I'm getting ready to pull away I hear someone in the background say what the hell was all of that about and I drove away. Once I got home I realized I asked for toddler toys on the app and they gave us 4 panini family toys instead. I really can't believe how that behavior is even close to acceptable. Read moreI cannot fathom the epitome of laziness from this particular franchised McDonald’s. I have had multiple problems here. I typically blow things off but today I was having a bad day and some people like to treat themselves to getting their nails or eyelashes done. I just wanted a simple treat. The girl just dumped all the cookie on top and handed me this. If the machine wasn’t working tell me (communicate with your customer). That was never told me so I assume it was pure laziness. There was another instance I ordered breakfast through the app. I showed up to pick my food up at 10:28am and was told to hold on. Made me wait until 10:31am and then told me too bad it’s passed breakfast time even though I had ordered my food at 10:15am and paid. You forget that the customers are the ones paying your bills and funding your eyelash extensions… You can say goodbye and good riddance to me and say good but that’s just extremely poor morales to have and disgusting behavior. Period. I work EXTREMELY hard like many other McDonald’s employees. I also worked at Starbucks for seven years so I get rude and mean customers. That is not me… at all. You were put out serving me, period. If you hate your job so much go somewhere else.. your making a poor example toward the others who work hard at your facility. Read moreI'm so shocked and disappointed right now, on how McDonald's employees and manager can treat a healthcare worker so poorly. My co-workers had mentioned about McDonald's giving free meals to ALL healthcare workers. But today they denied me all because I did not have a badge. I explained I don't have a badge, but I was in my scrubs which has my company name embroidered on them as well as my first name. I had my name tag on which displayed my first and last. And as well as my job title. And had a piece of paper from my company that states I'm an essential healthcare worker. She had spoken with the manager Martha and they still denied. I tried to explain to them that not all healthcare workers have badges like the nurses for example at the hospital. They still denied. I will be letting their corporate headquarters know how they are treating people and I feel they are picking and choosing themselves who they want to serve? I rarely ever take advantage of any of these kinds of offers and the one time I do, I get treated not good. Oh well. At least maybe their headquarters can speak with them and hopefully the next healthcare worker will be treated better.
