Panda Express — Restaurant in Romeoville

Don’t waste your time ordering ahead at this location. I ordered two plates online, and I arrived at the time my order was scheduled to be ready, however they were busy and had a long line so I figured I would ask someone if it was ready or how much longer the wait would be, because I understand restaurants get busy so I didn’t mind waiting a little bit for my order. When I asked, the lady with blonde short hair rudely said she’ll make the order when the line is done, so I waited at the end of the line, but once it was my turn, she rudely said she has to use the bathroom first. More customers came in so there was a longer line now and she ignored me and once again said she’ll make my order once she takes everyone else’s orders. I waited in my car for 15 minutes, and then I got in line again, and once it was my turn she finally made my order. At this point, it was already an HOUR since my order was supposed to be ready at. And the whole time she was giving me looks😭like I understand places get busy but I literally got my online order an hour after it was supposed to be ready, and I’ve never had this issue with...

Panda Express is by far my favorite chain Chinese Restaurant. The food, along with the quality of their ingredients is usually very good at this location and at all the other locations i've been to. I have visited over 10-20 locations and I find it hard to complain. However, there is usually one downside to this store in particular. It doesn't matter what time of the day, whenever I go, this store never has their side of Mixed veggies already made. I find this to be very annoying, and have passed up going to this location many times for that reason. If it was a one to two time occasion I would understand, but I have gone to this location over 30 times, and 30 times I have had to wait for them to make mixed veggies during the middle of my order. I understand this may be a corporate practice, but I have NEVER had this issue at any of the other locations i've been to. Please have all menu items available or don't put them...

I came in on the 11th of November and got a bigger plate with sweet fire chick orange chicken fried rice and bejieen beef and my sister bowl wit chowmein and sizzling Burban chicken and we both have food poisoning because the food was not good thurly or properly, this was my worst experience at any panda location first time on romeoville and they give us food poisoning so I will say next time me an my sister won’t be back to this panda we will stay in our hometown that we trust, and i definitely and if I would have lost my daughter after carrying for the last 6 months almost 7 months I wouldn’t hesitate to take this panda and the country side chipotle for court for food poisoning and loosing both of my kids to miscarriages this is beyond ridiculous that even pregnant woman can’t eat at certain places out of there hometown because they giving food poisoning all around me and my sister both got it and now I’m...
