Worse Popeyes I have been to in my life Customers Service is non existant. Attempted to get the nationally advertised BOGO free was advised I would have to do it on the Popeyes App on line. Had Wife place order on line thru app . Order #82 BOGO get one for $1 as the BOGO free was not online return to store was given order that only contained two (2)6pcs NO 2 6PCS for the Extra $2 I was charged asked for my additional two 6pcs and was refused and told we were charged $2 for two miniature cups of honey barbecue sauce and would not recieve the two $1 6pcs we ordered. The store manager / crew chief Jessica the person who instructed me to go online and knew what I was ordering refused to provide me with my 2 $1 6pcs or a refund I paid $2 for two tiny cups of honey barbecue sauce that they give you free with every order Jessica refused to give me the General Manager name and phone number telling me it was posted on the door which it was not when I re-asked she ask me to leave the store threatening to call the police and refused any further conversation with me. I left. This store was not my 1st choice even tho it is the closest to my home due to a previous horrible experience at this store. Folks go to the Popeyes on Larkin at about rte 30 in Joliet or the store at I-55 and Weber Romeoville thier Customer Service is outstanding and the food is prepared to perfection If a dog bites you once it's the dog's fault if he bites you twice it's your fault, lesson re-learned. Avoid this Popeyes store at all cost. Manager/crew chief Jessica is in need of developing some people and...
Read moreVery rude and impolite staff. The staff who took my order via the drive through was impolite. I felt like she was in a hurry and i felt like she was annoyed about my questions about the food. I then proceeded to orderthe $5 Big box as that was the one i saw on the popeyes app. When i said that i wanna get that, she sounded like i was too dumb as there was no $5 big box but a a higher priced ones instead. When i pulled over to the window i saw her that she was on her cellphone talking. I honestly felt like she was more concerned about the person she was talking to instead of me as a paying customer. This was my first time ordering in this specific location and never again. No wonder why this specific location has a low rating compared to the other Popeyes around. Based from my personal experience, dont expect to be greeted and thanked for as they’re alien to that I believe. Oh and yeah dont expect a napkin and utensils to eat your food. I was starving and was gonna eat in the parking lot, as i am 45mins away from my home, but had no choice to wait to get home to eat. Its a shame that this Popeyes hired staffs that are not concerned about their customers. Dont you think that this is bad for your business? Btw my first and last time of visit at this location was...
Read moreWon't be returning. This was my first visit to this location. I ordered spicy tenders. They didn't ask if I wanted a sauce. I got home and saw they gave me mild tenders. I checked my receipt and it says mild tenders with bbq sauce. Ok, mistakes happen. I was going to call the location, but there was no phone # on the receipt. I drive back over and go inside. I was completely ignored for 5 min. I was just standing there waiting. Made eye contact with 3 people. I was ignored. One of them was a supervisor. No one even says that someone will be with me in a minute. Nothing. Finally a guy comes out and greets me. I explained that I ordered spicy tenders but got mild. Right then the supervisor lady very rudely asks him if he handed out a chicken sandwich in the DT. He is confused and says that he did not. She gets agitated and snaps "Well that lady must've drove off cuz its still sitting here!" She then mumbles something, opens the DT window, and a few moments later says to that customer "Oh you ARE the chicken sandwich?" In the end the guy apologized, told me to keep the tenders I had and gave me 8 spicy tenders. Looks like I will be returning to the Normantown location from now on. They know how to greet customers and speak to fellow employees...
