A young man who was just hired there after being a customer for more than 30 years my autism 6 years old grandson lived their pizza and cookies the manager a female has known us now for 8 months and I always ask for a bag to get multiple cookies today this young boy after not talking to him but Who already help us in a very nice ask him for a bag he said we don’t give out bags rudely proceeded to go in the back and talk about me behind the oven to his Manager and Work, which was a male Crewmember who also know us to come in there every weekend for pizzas or every other day for pizzas and cookies for them not to put him in his place did not tell him he was wrong literally suspected after telling him to go tell her she can’t have a bag I asked him to come to the front after he told him to tell me what he said I was rude asking for a bag. I did not ask him. I asked a young young lady. He was not even in the front disrespectful. I am a grandmother of 6 2 r autistic to come to little Caesars me and my daughters and I also DoorDash and pick up orders there that is disrespectful that boy was not told to not talk about a customer. He was not told to leave or even apologize. And we get our pizzas cut and squares and they didn’t cut them in squares either so I don’t know what was going on back there, but I think that was wrong. Read moreEasily ordered online and ahead of time for my kids birthday party for a 5:30 pick up. To my husband shock at pick up, this place was filthy and in disarray. He indicated that the workers all appeared stoned and the place was filled with angry customers waiting for their orders. One lady had been waiting for over an hour for 3 orders of bread sticks. They did go in the back in their heaping pile of completed orders and brought her out one bag of breadsticks that they found though. They have warmers in the front but don’t use them and had a stack of completed orders but could not find costumers orders when they arrived. They had no organization to their system. Could not find our order though the email system indicated it was complete at 5:50. Another worker was eating food while he was making pizzas with his gloves on. After 45 minutes of waiting and asking for our order, we finally cancelled it but that took another 15 minutes bc no one new how to cancel an order. Place should probably be shut down by the health inspectors. This was our second visit ever to this place and the first visit was when they first opened and was the same experience. We were hoping they would have worked out their hiring and ordering kinks….nope…. Never again! Drove to the next block to dominos and had the pizzas back for the party by 7pm. If you are the owner, a surprise visit on the weekend...
Read moreMy husband and neighbor waited over an hour for their food tonight. Said there were 30 pizzas with tags in the window completed, my husband was told they were all online orders. However their website says "Online Ordering coming soon" to this location. No Hot N Readys, were ready. Get this, someone was either fired or quit during this evening rush. After 50 minutes they called my neighbors name and the pulled it from the stack of pizzas in the window that were already done. Everyone was told by the manager Josh that they would get free crazy bread for the wait. No one got it with their orders because it wasn't ready. I'm sorry, I managed a pizza location for over a year and we never, ever had a back up like this. And if we a little late, the customers would receive free items for their time. Stop telling people 5 minute wait when you have 30 people in your lobby who have waited over an hour.
