Burger King — Restaurant in Romney

I ordered through the drive-through a meal with onion rings. Approximately 3:30 pm. On May 29th, 2024.When I got the food it was cold, especially the onion rings. They weren’t even slightly warm. I had to park and go back into the restaurant and I handed them to the male employee there and I told him my food was cold and I wanted fresh onion rings. He just looks at me with a dirty look and takes the bag out of my hand and walks over to another girl and says I need more onion rings, and then throws them in the trash. I said “wait a minute do I even get an apology ?”lol He gave me another dirty look and turned his back to me. So I waited about 5 minutes and walked back up to the counter, he hands me a bag with the onion rings in it rings in it and in a rude way says “Have a nice day!” So I said You know what let me speak to the manager” immediately a woman walked up and I told her the whole scenario and she’s just looking at me like she’s annoyed and then she says “You know that’s not right” Because of her facial expression I just walked away. This is not the first time I’ve dealt with Burger King here in Romney West Virginia.The food and management suck so I will never be back this time and I’m sure I’m not the...

I wish over and over, that the food would taste as it did, even a few years ago.. but sadly, if they even get your order correct*, it's a stale bun, hard piece of meat, "and ketchup, mustard, well that's a little joke, for a less than penny size squirt of either is not cutting the mustard " as they say... last time I attempted to eat here, I thought I'd try the onion rings, they'd have to be fresh, right? ..well, no, I they tasted like they had been cooked hours,( days ) earlier, so I've decided to not attempt again, especially since the time before that.. within 30 minutes, I was sick with my stomach, & no I say this not to belittle this establishment, but truth is truth ... perhaps if you eat when its lunch time, and cars are lined up, you may get lucky and get a hot sandwich, fries, but I won't take that chance anymore... I'm sure that there is still good Burger King establishments, but the one on the Outer Banks isn't one at this time, so go forewarned, and good luck to you. Genuinely screw this place, I asked for TWO things to now be on my chicken sandwich, guess what they do only put those two things on my sandwich. Oh yea and the fact the inside of the stores been closed for 5 months now and I don’t have a vehicle to pick up the order I placed so I walked through the line and they gave me the wrong drink, literally not even close to what I wanted to drink but I wasn’t gonna be nitpicking, I really didn’t care about that but I get to my house and look at the food and my foods messed up too.
