The customer service is lacking, It doesn’t seem like they like their jobs much or working with the public and I get that, customers are awful, but sometimes you have to pretend to want to be of service- if you keep making people feel like they’re bugging you just to ask for an item and checkout, they’ll start going elsewhere.
