Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Romulus

Beware! Thieves! Ordered a pizza and paid $20 but cashier “Zachary” claimed I only gave $10. I was sure I gave $20 but he insisted it was $10. After going back and forth they said I’d have to wait for the cashiers drawer to be counted, I said I’d wait. The drawer was never counted and all of a sudden they said they’d have to watch surveillance camera instead ..and I said ok I’ll wait. Of course employee now says they don’t have access to the surveillance footage at the moment..interesting. No drawer was counted no camera footage was reviewed . I waited longer with no solution from the employee. Finally “Manager” Andrea rudely approached me and refunded money without a apology and stated she isn’t responsible for her employees actions and that it’s “only $20”. I was in the store for over 20 minutes because of their scam(keep in mind i called my pizza order in over the phone so it was ready when i arrived). I was falsely accused of trying to use $10 for $20 which they found out to be untrue and i was never given an apology. Manager has Zero customer service skills. Scam! I purchased 2 bacon puffs and sauce. I watched the guy behind the counter. Believe me I am a food watcher. My puffs were already in the oven because I ordered them fresh. But the young man cutting and boxing the pizzas. Took his sweater off around the food shook his long curly hair and then scratched his hair and rub his nose and went right back to work. I ask the lady that toom my order to handle food when it came out. She did . She washed her hands then when food came out boxed it for me. She must have said to him what I said to her then he washed his hands. After paying my food I ordered the sauce which I forgot. But what's more hilarious and disgusting is the young man after washing his hands then rubbed his nose as of I didn't notice a second time and placed stickers on my box. I didn't want to be irate so that's why I am leaving a review. We'll I put on gloves and disinfected the stickers before removing from box . So that trifling young man loses and he mite lose his job because I am not letting his nasty behind or those working with his nasty behind get away with this. This review is ONLY...

For the past couple of nights I ordered from Little Caesars the pizza was great and delicious whoever the manager was from the other night and followed a customer's request because of course a customer was paying for what they ordered they deserve a raise. but however on the flip side tonight I ordered from the same location and it was a manager by the name of Jake I asked him to put parmesan cheese all over my pizza he said he could not do that at all and whoever did it for me was not supposed to do that so in other words he was trying to make the customer service numbers go down the drain instead of following the customers request making their numbers go up.
