Every so often I get taco bell so vile that it makes me not want to eat it for at least six months. This is one of those occasions.

One of the employees told me I needed to order at the counter or at one of the two kiosk locations....one of which I was actively inputting my order into. When I turned around in surprise, they said "you can also do it at the kiosk there." This should have been an omen of things to come..

It took 20 minutes for the staff to make three double decker taco Supremes and a 7 layer burrito. I'm not sure how they managed to make a burrito with seven different ingredients taste like it was made from cardboard...but they did it.

One of the taco wrappers had sour cream on the outside of it, not sure how this is possible in a supposedly clean and maintained food prep area, but here we are. The other double decker taco had the hard shell so crunched up, I should have just ordered a soft shell taco supreme with beans... because that's basically what I received. You order a double deck taco for the feel of the smooth soft shell on the outside, with the amazing crunch of the hard shell inside reinforced by the beans in between the two. It's like building a house with a pleasing soft exterior, without any stable foundations to hold it all together...it just doesn't make sense. I was so disgusted and disappointed that I didn't even reach in the bag for the third taco. One of the employees could have put a check for $1000 inside or the instructions to synthesize a cure for lung cancer...I'll never know because after eating the burrito and 1 and a half of the tacos, I just wanted to drive home on I-94 and reevaluate my...

I've only ever had amazing experiences from this location but tonight was hands down one of the worst services I've received. I had ordered our usual chicken meals and was met with steak. We do not eat red meat at all. My dasher had asked if the substitution was alright and I responded with the same explaination. Upon opening my order and looking at what we got, I proceeded to call Taco Bell. I had asked to speak to a manager on duty to see if we could just bring the food back to the location to have it be remade. The person who answered had claimed to be a manager but absolutely REFUSED to tell me their name after my asking multiple times. They had told me it was not necessary and was extremely hostile when I had kept asking why I wasn't allowed to know their name. Highly unprofessional and behavior was nothing short of childish for a ā€œmanagerā€. They had argued with me about how if my food wasn't correct to just contact DoorDash Customer Service and they would take care of me, but the whole time I had heard laughing in the background. It could have been a very simple fix and I even offered to drive up there with the food. This ā€œmanagerā€ was so combative over the phone that I doubt it would be safe to show up anyhow. Went at night it was probably around 10:30 p.m. I ordered a $5 cravings box with a G2 and a small starry they rang in a Baja blast I also had said no tomatoes which they put on the screen. Then they said they just put Baja blast but they would give us the story but I didn't see the G2 so when we got to the window we were explaining to them that we wanted to drinks they ended up giving me the story for the drink for the meal and giving me a small G2 I tasted the G2 and it tasted like pure syrup like it was not mixed with water at all so it was absolutely disgusting. They asked me what kind of sauce I wanted I did not get sauce. Then when I was eating my food my chalupa was filled with tomatoes there were so many tomatoes it wasn't even funny It was like someone took two handfuls of tomatoes and put them on the outside of the taco and on the inside of the taco I couldn't even eat it because I am allergic to fresh tomatoes. The lady at the window was having the most difficulty trying to figure out what we were trying to do about the drinks and then my food didn't come out correctly Do not recommend going here...

Ok...came in at exactly 11am on 12/11/2022. We ordered 2 nacho fry boxes. I asked for my nacho fries to be fresh. When we received our order, we were missing a nacho fry. The Caucasian lady with the blonde hair told me that,..."they are", and she just stared at me adamantly basically in refusal of dropping another batch anyway. How? When they're luke warm to the touch. Not just only that, my taco that came with the nacho fry box, was broken. Hardly any meat. Just lettuce and cheese. The Caucasian lady said your nacho fries are in the grease, so why did she give me those old nacho fries in the 1st place and she lied to my face??? I wanted both of them fresh. Not 1 nacho fry already bagged, waiting on the other to come out the grease. Than she apologized. Moral of the story is just listen and check before you speak. I'm the paying customer, and I was right literally.

We ordered from door dash because we were stuck in Detroit due to a cancelled flight. Taco Bell would not answer their phone. We ordered two nacho bell grande, they had a smidgeon of meat, refried beans, zero cheese, two pieces of tomatoes and one had sour cream they were mainly broken chips. We specifically put 10 sauces of both fire and hot received zero. Also no napkins. When we called the driver his response was it’s sealed he can’t open it. Worst Taco Bell order we have ever gotten. How do you put no sauces and no napkins. Total fail by Taco Bell and also Door Dash. As much as Door Dash was paid they could have opened the bag. Q
