Throw the whole store away. I thought to leave a good review for this place because of the nice girl always at the pick up window. But she doesn't make up for the incompetence at this store. I asked for a number 2 combo.. breakfast. TWO! Not #1... #2.. they sound nothing alike. Clearly your employees fault because I know exactly what I came to get. I did not say it wrong. But this staff has the nerve to question customers. STOP PUTTING ILLITERATE PEOPLE IN YOUR WINDOW. Last time I told a girl triple cheeseburger THREE TIMES!!! She just kept saying double.. I kept saying "No.. I said TRIPLE!" Girl still rung up a double and I had to come back. Does she not know the word triple.. or what? Then, whoever is there is always asking if I want my receipt. Why wouldn't I? Just give it to me.. it'll take less time than asking that question. But these people out here are so lazy... then when I bring it back and alert them of their mistake, it's all this double checking. Took the wrong food back with no problem.. no complimentary anything for my inconvenience. I work in fast food, and just FYI Mcdonalds, when YOU make a mistake you should give the customer something for their trouble. It's just the right thing to do. A #1 costs more than a #2 so you owe me something anyway.. which no one cared to address; but the one at the window pointed out that I was "charged" for an egg mcmuffin. She had a hard time differentiating #1 from #2 as well. All that construction down there you can hardly get to the place. No one wants to make a second trip there or have to get back in a 10 car line because your staff's brains haven't woke up yet. And give people their receipts. Stop asking. You can barely handle getting orders right, so just automatically give people receipts, because you certainly ask for them in the event that something is wrong with the order. No one even apologized or said anything. Just looked at me like I was inconveniencing THEM. Fast food is getting out of hand. These places should be closed. Won't be going back there. Then I go inside to get my order remade and the lady I had remake it (I couldn't believe my ears) she talked to me so disrespectful as if I was the one making the mistake. She went back and gave me two mc chickens with a ton of lettuce on them thinking I would walk out , but no I got her manager and asked for two mc chickens for the THIRD TIME and she came back with one then had to ask for a FOURTH TIME to go get me my other mc chicken because they didn't bother to read the screen in the first place and neither of then bothered to listen to their customer im absolutely beyond my self to the point I thought I was on a game show and started looking for the cameras I hope this mcdonalds get shut down because it's convenient for my family work routine but if they have messed up my order legit every time I've went there I have no clue why I still go. I was in your store on Sunday July 29th at approximately 5:30 p.m. when Terell was working the fry station and having inappropriate conversation with another member of the team who was working the drive-through, the other team member seemed pretty disengaged as the lobby and the drive thru were quite full with consumers.
The salt dispenser was empty and Terell began to pour salt on to the fries (directly from the box and it was excessive), he failed to use the salt dispenser that McDonald's provides to it's over 5 million locations.
When I received my fries and began to tell him that they were to salty he drops more fries and then proceeded to ask his coworkers in a very condescending tone if he should salt these fries or not (which he did not) he then gives me the fries which were not of tasting and continues to carry on with inappropriate conversation.
His behavior was rude and I'm sure not of McDonald's standards.
My next visit to this location will be with full video, as this behavior will be stopped.
If this is the type of service that your consumers receive at your location, I am surprised there is still a location.
