Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Roosevelt Park

There is nothing better than getting your pizza fresh out of the oven. Unfortunately that was not the case last night when I arrived at Pizza Hut at 7:25 pm to pick up the pizza I ordered for pick up at 7:30 pm. I placed the order online a few hours earlier that day. When I arrived, the cashier was having a conversation with the cook. There were 4 people standing at the counter looking at a menu. I saw two pizzas being cut, placed in boxes and put into the holding bin thingee. Those were my pizzas. The cashier finished her conversation with the cook and started taking the order for the people in front of me. By now it is after 7:30. Each person in the party ahead of me me gave a separate order (all one bill). The mother in the group had each person step up and give their own order. They did not do this quickly. Then, of course, at the end, the cashier had to review every item in the $50.00 order and a credit card payment had to be made. SOMEBODY SHOULD HAVE BEEN AVAILABLE OR MADE THEMSELVES AVAILABLE TO GIVE ME MY PIZZAS. I saw at least one other person in the store, besides the cook and the cashier. I got my pizzas about 13 minutes after they were put into boxes. If I want a pizza that has been sitting around, I would get delivery. This is my 3rd time getting less than great service at this restaurant. I loved the table service...

I ordered curbside pickup because I recently had knee surgery and was having a particularly painful day with my leg. When I arrived I could see the employee looking out of the window but she did not make a move toward my vehicle. I had to get out of my car and ask them if my order was ready. The employee said yes and asked if I wanted it taken out to my car. I said yes and told her I selected curbside service when I placed my online order. She barely looked at me and responded "It will be out in a minute." Not the best service when I was rushing to get to a business meeting on time with their expected lunch. I only gave them 1 star because it wouldn't let me do negative! The female "manager" here has NO CLUE. Her manager has NO CLUE. When they don't give you credit because THEY gave you the wrong pizza, and they promise to make it right and then don't, well, myself and everyone I know will NEVER go to any pizza hut again. The fact that they squabble over a $3 difference and the district manager won't even talk to you says ALOT about how terrible this company is and how inept and unprofessional their workers are! DONT GO HERE! You WONT get what you ordered! On more than one occasion!!! Why would a restaurant say I'll contact you in 24-48 hours???? The problem...
