A long time ago, I rated Taco Bell 5-Stars. As a result of an interaction yesterday (Jul 24, 2025, at approxiamately 8:07āÆPM), I take that back and issue a new rating of 1-Star. The drive-thru line was longer than I had ever seen. I did a mobile order and pulled up to the speaker and gave them my code. My name appeared on the menu screen. Next I heard mumbling. I asked 3 times for the mumbling person to repeat as I could not understand what was being said. After waiting a minute or so, I proceeded on. I was the second car at the window. The window person had both face and body attitude. She said, "what did you you have?" I told her I placed a mobile order and asked if she received it. She said no and told me to either come inside or get back in line. She claims she did not have my order, but my phone said she did. I drove off and cancelled my order. I received an email saying my order had been received and I included it with this post. My 1-star review is for the employee and the manager on duty who allowed this brazen woman to represent his store. A long time ago, I did the following review: During the pandemic, Taco Bell, was the only place to go near Henry and Broadway where you could be assured of getting fast food that was consistently hot and always prepared properly. Thank you Taco Bell. You out performed every other fast foot restaurant in your vicinity. I was there many more times that I care to admit. I went to order it and they wanted to argue with me and told me they don't have it. They rang up reach item individually and tried to charge me $18 for the same exact items. They said their manager told them that they aren't allowed to sell those items in a box. Their were 5 cars behind me and it was a huge inconvenience trying to message my wife to get her new order. I felt rushed and just started telling them what I thought she'd want. I get home and my order was all wrong and the food was smashed. I'm pretty sure they wrapped up my food and started punching it. The order was completely wrong. The steak items were beef. My son's chicken burrito was rang up as a wet burrito minus sauce. Basically we were charged $30 and received about $10 worth of the food we actually ordered. Crappy experience all around. If I decide to give this location another chance, I'm going to sit at the window and inspect my entire order...

They donāt follow Any ads ons or take offs from the meal my husband is allergic to tomatoās and we put no tomatoes on his supreme and they coated it. We had been told someone will be right with you and never had anyone come greet us or get our cups. My niece never got her slushie we paid for and we bought a āvalcano tacoā just to NEVER GET IT. No other Taco Bell in town is this ridiculous with costumer service. The DoorDash er who was waiting with us had two pick up orders which were up and ready and it took them over 7 minutes to stop dancing around and messing with eachother to get the door dashes to the poor lady.
