I have lived next door a d ordered form this location. For over 15+ yrs. I never once complain we even when the food wasn’t prepared good or I correctly, cause let’s face it, stuff happens. I never once complained when they began charging me to leave out the broccoli in my general tso’s, orange or sesame chicken. However this time I complain Ed as I asked for xtra chicken in my chicken lomein. My bf picked up our order and when I opened it I was shocked to see approx 10 little slivers of chicken. So I call and I get the woman owner, who I tell that I didn’t receive the extra chicken and that I will be coming back over for it. So less than 5 mins later, I walk through their door and the woman throws $7 on the counter. I proceed to tell her that I don’t want a refund, I just want the extra chicken that I had paid for. She than says it will be the same. I explained again that she doesn’t need to remake the order that I just want my extra chicken, she tells me forget it, yoh take money and get out. Wait, what?! This is my dinner and I am hungry. Too bad she replies and walks away. I was calm the entire time and walked home in complete and utter shock. I than sit and tell my bf what transpired and in the end we wound up paying $27 for his combo, my soda (which should have been free since our order was over $20, yet she still charged him) and an order of beef on stick. Seriously, our order should have been around that amount prior to handing me the $7 back and not after. I am still in shock and it has been almost a month since this incident. Warning: read your reviews the owner is extremely rude and not friendly at all. Some ppl should not own businesses that involve customer service without the customer who are you servicing. I know things are hard right now (covid) and ppl have bad days, however to be treated in such a matter plus get ripped off is totally uncalled for. Especially a loyal customer of...
Read moreWhen I moved to Roselle I was concerned about how far I had to drive to get to my usual chinese spot. I gave Lins a try and Ive been religiously buying here ever since. The other chinese spots nearby arent bad but Lins is the only one who doesnt give me a stomach ache and they are so yummy and listen to order notes. Give them a try, you wont regret it. My usual is Broccoli with chicken with extra brown sauce, white rice, an order of fried crab sticks. Sesame chicken with plain fried rice or chicken rice soup. Even their wings...
Read moreI recently tried the Chicken Lo Mein with Pork Fried Rice at Lin's, and it was fantastic! The Lo Mein noodles were perfectly cooked, with tender chicken and a great blend of vegetables. The Pork Fried Rice was flavorful, with just the right amount of seasoning and tender pork pieces. Both dishes were fresh, tasty, and incredibly satisfying. If you're craving delicious Chinese comfort food, I highly recommend giving these dishes a...
