This company stands by their name! After YouTubing for hours about custom glass shower doors I came across a video of a custom installation for a bathroom that looked exactly like mine from this company. The video was very detailed and thoroughly explained. I was sold! We set up the appointment and the owner came out and took measurements and answered all of my Questions. He even met my timeline of getting the shower installed before the Holidays. In less than 3 weeks my doors were ready for installation. Installation team was respectful and knowledgeable. Once I gave it a week to dry I used my shower. I noticed some leaking and after the second use reached out via email at almost midnight without an expectation of a response until the next day. Nope surprisingly I got a reply within 5 min. I was impressed. After some back and forth the owner himself and a team mate came back out and looked at the job. They had to make some accommodations and fix some minor issues which is always possible in custom designs! I haven't had an issue since and I have happily confirmed no more leaks after 10 consecutive uses! Let me not forget I live over an hr away from the business office /origination location! Exceptional glass did a great job in adding the shower doors to our bathroom. Ben, the owner, is very informative. When he first went to the house to measure, he was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the difference between the glass types and explained that with a darker bathroom the lower iron will not be necessary. The lower iron was a little more expensive but he was very honest about it. When we ordered, the warehouse where he gets the glass from was a bit delayed, but Ben kept me up to date. When they came to install, they were very neat. Did not even leave a dust particle behind. We had an issue where one of the doors was a little heavy when closing. I spoke to Ben at night, by the following morning the door was fixed in less than 10 minutes. They really stand behind their product and service. I will not hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again. When buying shower doors, it is best to go with a company that can customize it. Now I know the difference between "custom" glass and buying your glass prefab from the racks at Home Depot or other similar stores. Exceptional glass is extremely professional, prompt, and did quality work. Most impressive was their quality service. Upon questioning the rationale for the final placement of some of our glass in our bathroom Ben and Levi, first attempted to explain over the phone, and then came out to the house to adequately explain to us why they had to "customize" the installation to compensate for significant contractor errors. We never got the feeling that they were annoyed (unlike most once they have your money) bullying us with trade words or that they were just stopping by as a gesture. They gave us all the options and explained the pros and cons of any changes. Their knowledge of balancing structural integrity with function, and ultimately aesthetics was very impressive, as is the final product.
