The staff were all very nice (front desk, medical assistant and x-ray tech), on the other side The Dr. did not show any interest in my health concern. He spent less than 2 minutes in the room with me, he didn’t explain what I had or treatments until I asked him. I was the one with all the questions. I brought him my MRI results from when I had my accident and he didn’t bother to look at them. Wouldn’t that be a good base start to see where my problem is coming from? At least that’s what you’d think. But he had no interest and it seemed like he was rushing to leave for the day. It seemed like I was just a number more that came to his office and I don’t think that’s right. Patient’s should feel like their provider is caring about them and their health. I injured my lower back at work last year, and saw Dr. Sutain for my injury. He was AWFUL. I never felt like he was fully listening to me when I updated him on how I was feeling, he never communicated or explained what was going to happen, or what he thought was wrong, and he never double checked my medicines even though I updated the list every time I went. I found out from the pharmacist after months, that I was taking medication that shouldn’t be combined together. The icing on the cake was my last ever visit with him, when there was a drastic miscommunication from him in my appointment, so I waited to speak with him after he finished with another patient, and when I asked him about my issue, he literally YELLED at me, in front of his patients and staff, and slammed a door in my face. It’s has been almost 2 yrs since I started my pain management with DR.Nathaniel Sutain my life and my pains are so much improved he is very professional,friendly and respectful and very caring for his patient he discussed my situation with care and give good advice how we can improve and keep my pain under control even better everytime I go on my appointment I’m very enthousiasme to look forward what new things will try for better result on my pain from neck to lower back it was a catastrophe my life was a nightmare after my spine surgery.
