I wish I could leave 0 stars. We ordered from them a few months ago. Weāve always loved Mountain Mikeās and have always gone to the Rocklin location. This time we went to Roseville because itās closer. When we got home, we saw the pizza was very burnt. We tried eating it and it was disgusting. Our 2 young girls wouldnāt eat it (and our kids love pizza). We ended up throwing half away. Today we decided maybe we just had a bad batch and wanted to give it another chance (because once again we have always loved their pizza). When we ordered it, we mentioned last time it was burnt and specifically asked them to make sure not to burn it. They reassured us. When my wife opened it up, she noticed the pizza was burnt again. She immediately asked them about it. The manager said thatās how all their pizzas were. It was literally black around the edges and on top of a lot of the pepperoni. She asked if they could either rebake us a new one or refund us. The manager was extremely rude to my wife and refused to do either. She kept rolling her eyes at my wife. She said she would call the owner and ask him. She spoke for a while and spoke in another language so my wife couldnāt understand her (likely bad mouthing my wife in front of her). When she got off she said we had 2 options. 1. Take a $8 discount or 2. They would make us a small. We didnāt want another because we knew they would just burn it again. We took the $8 and ended up paying $20 for a nasty burnt pizza. We will NEVER go to another Mountain Mikeās Pizzas again! They have absolutely horrible customer service and royally suck at cooking pizzas. Avoid this place...

Instead of offering assistance or understanding, she tossed down the receipts and slapped them onto the counter with a blatant lack of regard for basic customer service. Her abrasive attitude was evident as she callously informed us that our order wasn't there and belonged to another location. Note- the appetizer was free as a rewards bonus, so she could've easily made it.
The entire interaction was not only frustrating but also marked by a complete absence of empathy or willingness to help resolve the situation. This blatant disregard for customer satisfaction left a lasting negative impression.
