This was the first time going to a Flame & Fire and I'll admit that it was the one of the best best dinners I've had in a decade! They offer for you to start the "salad bar" before the main course, which consists of several hot side dishes, sliced meats, like prosciutto and salmon, and specialty cheeses, kalamata olives, cold pastas, and a very small choice of actual salads and salad toppings. Settling in to this salad bar appetizer back at the table, your server brings out your drinks and small specialties of the evening, like cheesy bread bites and sugary roasted bananas to "cleanse the palate, between meat servings during the main course. It's at this point that they explain how the small cards on your table work. Face your card up to show the green side and the chefs know to come around and offer you meat from the skewers, turn the red side up to let them know not to. Simple. Then, chefs will come around throughout the evening with various meats on those giant skewers and slice samples for your plate. It's AMAZING! They time the intervals so that you have a chance to actually enjoy what they give you, before bringing out the next, but not so much that you start to feel how full you're getting. When you've decided to finish your meal, the server will instruct them to being out dessert. They bring out pineapple that's been broiled in sugar on those same giant skewers and slice a piece for you. I couldn't even finish the slice they gave me...But it was kick ass! Every single piece of food they brought out was so fantastic that it felt like sacrilege to not finish every last bite. The service was also spectacular, and the manager was wandering around to all the tables to make sure you're enjoying the service and food, or if there's anything they can improve for you. However, full disclaimer - it is not cheap. It was about $50 a person not including drinks, tax, or tip, but it was worth every freaking penny. The ambiance was like any upscale restaurant, with cloth napkins, button tufted chairs and wine waiting at your table, but not so stuffy that you couldn't go in wearing your regular street clothes. So, great food that doesn't stop until you say, top notch service, and comfortable atmosphere. You won't be disappointed.

Very nice place. Definitely make sure you're dressed decently when you go here. You will drop a pretty penny here. Average for one with two cocktails, desert, about $115.00 but worth it. Be ready to eat! They have a great salad bar, a selection of finger foods.Including several types of cheeses, prosciutto, smoked salmon, shrimp, cold cuts etc. They have a large number of different meats. From top sirloin to filet mignon wrapped in bacon, to lamb chops to BBQ chicken legs. They even have roasted pineapple coated in cinnamon. You have a pair of tongs, and they bring the meat to your table on a spigot and cut a piece and you grab it with the tongs while they finish cutting. You have a card that says yes and no. As long as you leave it on your table and it says yes they will keep coming with different meats. The only way to stop them is to flip the card to no. The atmosphere is nice, the staff are very nice and it's all you can eat. You will leave full. Plus they make a killer tasting mojito. They have a good selection of wine and cocktails. Average about 13.00 per cocktail. They even had flan for dessert. This is definitely a place to go to. If you're a steak and chicken kind of person you won't be disappointed. Go here!

Came here with my family...boy was it wonderful... Dinner price 49.95 per person for unlimited food Lunch is 28.95 We were greeted right away and sat inside. Drink orders taken immediately. They give you a round coaster which tells them if you want more meat. The salad bar is not open now...so you can choose as many sides as you want and they bring them. We asked for rolls...which are wonderful...mashed potatoes...salad...and bananas...they were all delicious 😋. Where to begin on the meat. omg. The Picanha...you must get the outside piece of meat...the flavor is to die for...mmm the garlic steak...omg...bacon wrapped chicken...the parmesan chicken was delightful...one of my favorites. So much flavor. They have many different cuts of beef...ect. if you see something and it has not come to your table...ask for it. I tried the leg of lamb and found out I just don't like the flavor of that meat...but my daughter loved it. If you love meat and would like to try something very special and different flavors...this is so worth the money. My kids really enjoyed their drinks too.. We did not get dessert...we were stuffed...but we would certainly be back again...wooow...simply amazing flavor
