Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Ross Township

TWent here for a simple pizza pepperoni and I got the absolute worst horrible most unprofessional establishment. First off I walk in and there’s nobody wearing gloves 🤢 everyone has in headphones I had to yell at one of the employees because their music was way to loud for him to hear me . Can I get a menu!! So after all of that I was deciding if I should even eat at this place then the manager rudely screamed at me because I ask one of the cookers in the back to put gloves on . He told me …..( if you want gloves on your food then you get them and I’ll put them on to serve you and the proceeds to say how using gloves can get in the food and if I wanted to eat plastic and tried to reassure me that they wash their hands after making each pizza . The problem with that is I stood there for 15 min and watched them make 3 pick up orders so he was just telling me anything and being sarcastic . So I then asked for my refund he give me a sheet of paper that says void and said next . Proceeded to tend to other customers and refused to speak with me about my refund . I spent 21$ on a $18.18 medium pizza I never received my refund and he tipped himself. I honestly don’t understand how this place is still running their playing with people food and taking...

First off where do I start. I ordered my food at 1:30 2hrs past and I called the store for him to tell me that it’s 1 driver 25 orders waiting and that I can come pick the order up cause it would be probably another hr so I went to pick it up offered me a 12pz pop for the inconvenience. When I got home pizza was lukewarm warm slid to the side tried to call to talk to the manager no manager. Then to make matters worse I called today to talk to a manager first off I wasn’t born yesterday the same person who got on the phone when I asked for a manager didn’t say hold on or anything 2 seconds later a man gets on the phone sounded like the same person that answered the phone but maybe I’m stupid. Then explain just what I explained to this review at the top also telling him I don’t want the order made again just letting them know that next time 2hrs the order should of been remade he proceeded with o tell me are you calling to complain if so have a good day cause he is the manager he gave me my order yesterday well if you a manager you need to be fired cause hanging up and just disregarding my complaint yes my complaint was very damn unprofessional but it’s fine I’m not stopping here cause being rude to a paying customer is a ridiculous and...

I been eating at this Dominos for a long time now and never had a complaint with their service or the food being nasty any of those times. Until TONIGHT! I ordered a pepperoni pan pizza that came freaking extra saucy and the cheese was minimal plus it looked like it the cheese wasn't even cooked thoroughly. I called Dominos as it was no big deal if they replace it or give me something for the pizza coming this way. The lady that picked up the phone was extremely rude and full of excuses. Wouldn't even offer to replace the pizza and when I asked to have it replaced she says it would be pointless as the pizza is going to come out the same DAMN WAY.... ARE YOU KIDDING ME??? I been eating there long enough and I know how the pizza supposed to be made. I wouldn't have called about the pizza if their pizza is ALWAYS perfect. It was wrong and not eatable to me. So after complaining a bit more she says she will send the delivery guy out to pick up that pizza and make me another one. I called the Dominos at 10:03 about this. It is now 20 minutes later as I sit here writing this review for them to bring me another pizza. This is ridiculous and I made a complaint to Dominos headquarters so I expect to be hearing them tomorrow...
