EZPAWN — Local services in Ross Township

They sell broken things here and I'm not talking about the as-is stuff that they let you know is broken. I bought a dashcam that was supposed to be working and didn't get a chance to plug it up in my car until 24 hours later and I had to help a family member in the hospital so I brought it back to them 48 hours after purchase and I get told they have a 24 hour return policy...I'd of thought it would be more than 24 hours.

When I was told I'm 24 hours too late returning it I was going to walk out and leave the box with the useless dashcam on the counter but then I realized they might just put it back in the display case and try to resell it and I didn't want that on my conscience.

I'm never buying anything at THIS ezpawn again..they are also selling old laptops as-is because they are broken but they want $50 for them which is a rip-off...other ezpawns are better...this place is a disgrace.

I have bought broken laptops at Ez-pawns before and replaced their screens,keyboards,batteries, other hardware or software but these laptops here are so old that even if they were in working condition I wouldn't pay $50 for them.... This seems more like a little mom and pop Pawn store and not an Ez-Pawn/Cash America where you can find good deals and have some faith in...

Rude customer service as usual!! I shouldn’t even have to say this as this is my first time going to a ez pawn in Gary, Indiana. The lack of knowledge and training is evident just from looking around at the way the store is kept, the employees manage to look grossly unprofessional and this is while in uniform. Today I was treated rudely because I wanted to pawn my merchandise and not sell it .. as a former employee I know that according to ez pawn employment training, if a customer is willing to sell the employees MUST give them the LOWEST amount possible.. after I clarified that I wanted a loan and not to sell this a rude overweight white lady with purple hair slapped my ring that was given to me by my grandmother, on to the counter harshly stating that my jewelry was only worth 25 cents without any testing to prove its authenticity or going through the appraisal stage on the register which I KNOW is standard protocol from my own personal ez pawn employment training from earlier this year. I took my ring to another pawn shop and was given $40. This corporation is known for its unethical employee practices. I encourage anybody who has dealt with the same issue to call the corporate office and complain...

had such a wonderful experience at Ez Pawn in Mandeville, Indiana (Broadview location). From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted within seconds, which immediately made me feel welcome. I came in looking for a gaming console, and the staff went above and beyond to help me. They were not only knowledgeable but also very patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions and explain the different options available.

What really stood out to me was how professional and friendly the entire team was. They created a comfortable atmosphere that made shopping truly enjoyable. It’s rare to find customer service where you feel like the staff genuinely care about making sure you leave satisfied, but that’s exactly how I felt here.

My overall experience was delightful and stress-free. The store was clean, organized, and easy to navigate. I left feeling happy with my purchase and grateful for the excellent service I received. I will absolutely be returning in the future and would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for fair prices and outstanding customer service.
