Eli's Sports Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Ross Township

Been coming here as a regular for a few months now. Spend 40 bucks for a group of people and all I get is the wrong food and a mess from all of the sauces that didn't have lids. I returned after 10 minutes to find the kitchen closed and myself out of luck. The food can be pretty good (when it's made properly,) but this service has been consistently disappointing. It is difficult to stand by a business that fails to uphold standards for customers or regulars leaving them hungry and upset. I would sincerely love an apology for the service that I received tonight or I will never eat here again. In response to the reply below, I was told that having the food remade would be too much of a hassle and was given 13 dollars for food that was thrown out. 13 dollars and "oh well" doesn't make up for an empty stomach and disappointment. There is a difference between mistakes and carelessness. If I had been given the time of day other customers received, I would have had a wonderful experience and would happily continue...

Great food, nice big wings ! Their half off prices on Tuesday are also freaking amazing . By the way, their chicken is better than Buffalo Wild Wings and that's a promise. I have only tried their spicy BBQ but it's so good I don't want to try another sauce! However, I'm only giving 4 stars because both times I have been here I have waited extremely long for my food and both days were not busy. The second time, I got take out and the sauce ended up leaking all over my clothes and my car. So there needs to be more efficient boxes for the wings ! A styrofoam box not meant for liquid would not suffice. Also, a blonde woman wearing a pink shirt, was complaining about other employees in front of a few customers and I found that to be unprofessional as she also continued to be rude to other employees while printing out and giving a couple their receipt. Overall, their food and prices are awesome! There's just a few tweaks that could be taken...

Just visited on 11/20/17. Well the only thing I have to say positive is the bar staff was really nice by coming by and checking on us. But Jesus Christ people your food has went to the dogs! We had the boneless wings, they came out looking like round meatballs you would find in chef boyardee spaghetti. And I ordered the chilli.. the chilli was horrible. Tasted like you tried to make chilli, then gave up and then opened a can of skyline and mixed in with it. No taste what so ever. I literally threw over 3/4 of it away. Your food quality has been slipping down hill for the last few months, but it has finally come to a crashing fatality. Sorry to say but I travel through Ross to visit family and sometimes stop. I won't be turning into your parking lot anymore. Do yourself a favor and improve your food before you lose any...
