I used to love coming here. It’s close by and service was decent. I come here almost every night so I’ve notice over the last month the service is just getting worse. Gloves aren’t worn during the process of making the ice cream, bagging food, nor while touching spoons and napkins. COVID aside, it’s just not okay. I don’t want to be given my silverware by bare hands or even put in my bag that way. I’m not sure how the entire kitchen is ran, but the Ice cream machine by the window is in view of every drive through customer and a few other people I know have point this out.
The employees are not kind at all, while ordering and during payment. Many times that I’ve specified an order, the girls always have an attitude. But no matter what the order is messed up. I’m tired of paying for something that I’m not getting. If we ask for additional things that should be in the ice cream.
I’m young and I work with the public as well. There’s no reason in the world to be...
Read moreThis was not a positive experience. The cashier was aloof and slow. We arrived at 4:03pm and it seemed that he intentionally delayed taken our order and he repeatedly looked at his watch and then took our order.
We attempted to order the lunch special and he said lunch is over. I told him that we was in her a few moments past 4pm and my watch which was set to the State Police Post in Lowell. He told me that was nice but would I like to order or not. I asked for a manager and a lady came and said she was the assistant manager, I explained to her the situation and showed her my police credentials (because I was in civilian wear) they took my children order and gave 10 percent off. I could not tell my children that after they placed the order for the same thing they get on lunch special ended up $28 for three meal that would have been $18.
I understand following the rules but a three minute Grace period doesn't seem unreasonable to...
Read moreI went to this location tonight and asked for an ice cream cone in a cup, because I live 15 minutes away and I didn't want it to melt in the car. The girl on the speaker said okay. However, when I got home it was just a cup of ice cream with no cone. We called the location and the employee said that it is against policy to put an ice cream cone in a cup. So they just didn't do it and didn't tell me. The only way to get a replacement is to drive the 15 minutes back and 15 minutes back home or nothing at all. Cannot do anything other than today. This ice cream cone was for my pregnant fiance who was only craving a dairy Queen ice cream cone. We come in there twice a week pretty much every week and spend roughly $20 each time and you have officially lost our business over a $1 ice cream cone. You really need to look into your customer service practices because as an HR professional of 20 plus years that is...
