Tooties Bar and Grill — Restaurant in Ross Township

After this past labor day weekend i can say My family& friends are Done supporting Tooties..Where do i start.The owner made a super bad choice in standing up a family member to have her birthday party.Not only did he totally stop communicating with her..he Did so when She and All her guest were in the parking lot.We couldn't believe what was happening.He her earlier that day to come in and bring her Birthday cake Etc.so when he would answer her after many attempts. SOMEONE calles him from their line however they lived in Texas..he didnt know that number.And He Answered..Wild goose chase we we on.. so after many of hours he did TEXT my family memeber and just merely said..I got you next Time 😳 Thank God we dont panic..we jus had a caravan of cars traveling down To Main street and we went to Station 21 on maine street..Maybe 30ish of her guest came into Station 21, i explained what the owner if "Tooties" did and the Manager NICK and his team work it out for us. Im Advertising Station 21 at this point. Gave us AMAZING customer service where we Didnt give a second thought of the incompetence from That lame bar..its a Shame..youre Own people..Smh...Were dont with 👎Tooties..Im not even...

Nice open space, nice dj however the service/ bartender was awful. A guy gave me a menu nd I wanted to order food as well as drinks but it took the bartender(light skin with curly black hair) over 20 mins to come by. When I tried to order with a docent bartender she stated she couldn't bc they had set sections. Once the bartender finally came over she claimed the kitchen was closed but proceeded to take orders after telling me otherwise. She made drinks but lowkey demanded a tip. Then I asked someone else if the kitchen was still open after seeing them steady running food out nd was told yes. I asked the bartender again nd she just ignored me nd proceeded to talk about how she felt a way about some guy brother not talking to her 🤦🏽‍♀️. It was my first time here. I might go back because it eliminates having to always drive to Chicago but if she's bartending I will not stay because that was beyond poor customer service to me nd why they got the...

The food was descent, however the service was awful. No one greets you. We sat for 35 minutes before deciding to go to the bar ourselves to look at a menu because no one came to the table. One bartender looked as if she hated her job, and the world around her. When we paid in cash for our food, the other bartender never came back with change. She just went back to the bar to service others. I would get food to go since it was descent as I stated, but why travel to Crown Point from Hammond for my food to get cold...
