Star Pizza — Restaurant in Roswell

I just left here in shock about the service. I walked in, stood at the counter for a few minutes while the guy was making a pizza and got no acknowledgement from him until a white woman walked in and then he stopped what he was doing, walked up to her and asked what she wanted. He then asked me what I wanted, and when I stated a lobster ravioli, he said that he doesn't know everything and proceeds to give me a menu. He assured the woman about her order and walked back to prepare her pizza. I wanted to see if he was gonna address me again and he never came back to ask me what I wanted so I walked out! It's my 1st and last time I will ever try to patronize this establishment! Bad enough I overlooked the clutter and unorganized front counter to try to give them the benefit of just opening for the afternoon but to blatantly ignore me and cater to the white woman without any apologies would've been foolish of me to...

I recently ordered from this place as a pickup order. I received a message that my order would take longer because they were busy, but they literally were not busy when I got there. In fact, the place looked closed down when I pulled up. As I approached the door and opened it to check if they were open, it was dark and DIRTY inside. I yelled 3x "hello" but nobody answered. A woman that was also parked outside told me to never eat from there. She also opened the door and yelled for someone but nobody answered. I left without my order, which I didn't want anymore because the place was that disgusting inside. I received a call 35 minutes later saying my one pizza pie was ready for pickup. I told him to keep it because his pizza shop was filthy and nobody was there when I can. The door was open but literally nobody was there. I can't stress enough how this place looked. Worse experience from a pizza store. I ordered because it was only 0.8 miles away. Kids were hungry. Ordered online at 6.39. When 40 minutes passed they were called. Then again called 1 hour later. Both time the guy who received the phone lied that pizza is one the way. After 1.30 hr another guy received phone and then said pizza was not prepared. They will be ready soon. Driver arrived half an hour later. I did not blame the Driver because he said he got it few minutes back. I will never order there. Sharing this experience and I also sent this note to the store manager.

Update: 1/2/2019 Sorry. Not interested for a Dinner as make up. Sharing the screenshot of the complain sent to the store manager given to the driver who carried the pizza. I hope this helps improving service...
