For some reason this is "Kim Vietnamese Delight" on Uber Eats... The prices are much more on Uber. If you like greasy inauthentic Chinese food, then you will love this place. If you're looking for quality and authenticity, this is some of the worst food I've ever had. I should've known it wasn't going to be great when it offered more than just Vietnamese. I gave the benefit of the doubt. Everything was greasy and did not taste right. The beef was too chewy and had a weird taste that did not go with the Vermicelli at ALL. The Lemongrass chicken does not taste anything like Lemongrass I don't know what it is but it's weird and I couldn't eat much of it because of how greasy the overall dish was. Vermicelli bowls are supposed to be fresh tasting not greasy and making me feel sick. Also nearly all the vegetables were spoiled/browned. The egg rolls were disgusting and inedible, no one in my family wanted them. The wings I thought were going to be crispy but were just greasy with sickeningly sweet sauce and that's it. All I was able to eat was the plain rice, which wasn't very tasty but was the only non-greasy thing. This is not where you get quality food. Literally everything was poor quality it's not even funny. They also don't care about your special online requests at all, despite offering accommodations. Just take off special requests instead of having me waste my time. Maybe this place is better in person, but I doubt it. You can't make poor quality old...
Read moreI ordered through UBER Eats last night around 10 PM, but I decided to pick up my own order instead of getting it delivered to me. When I first walked in I informed the employee that I’m picking up an order and gave them my name. They informed me that it will be 5 minutes, so I said okay thank you and waited in my car. I seen the notification from Uber Eats that my order was ready and I walked back inside. I saw my order (The only one) sitting on the pickup shelf behind the counter. Every time you walk in the restaurant, the door chimes so it’s hard for you NOT to notice when someone is in there. I seen the same employee mopping in the kitchen. I repeatedly said “Hello! Hello!” And, no one answered or acknowledged me. I then saw another employee come out from the kitchen and I asked that I’m picking up an order and he said “One second” and shrugged me off. I was so baffled that no one had an ounce of customer service or hospitality. So, since no one was entertaining me at all, I walked behind the counter and picked up my order and left. I’ve been to Beijing Express many times before but never in the evening times. I’m not sure what they have to do, but the evening staff is not welcoming or inviting at all! I hope they don’t tarnish their reputation/brand! Do...
Read moreI recently bought a house in the area and this was my first time purchasing Chinese food out here. I placed my order online and the system defaulted to show me the lunch specials since it was 2pm and their lunch specials were available until 2:30pm. As soon as I submitted the order, a lady from the restaurant called me and told me she could not give me the advertised lunch special because it was New Year’s Day. I told her that’s fine, I’ll pay the difference when I get there. Kind of strange that they made a big deal out of $3.11, but I didn’t mind. I went there to pick up my food and handed the same card I paid with to pay the difference and the lady said she couldn’t use my card and it was cash only. Luckily I actually had cash from my Christmas money- otherwise they weren’t giving me another option to get the food that I had already paid for. I ended up paying the cash and tipping the lady. Got home and my order was wrong. Rough first experience and shortly after that, my boyfriend and his friend had food from fortune house delivered (after seeing I had gotten Chinese food and was asking for a recommendation and I told him definitely not this place), I’ve decided where I’ll be buying my Chinese from, much better quality...
