We came here because we saw this restaurant as a very high rated Thai restaurant in the area. The interior was nice and simple and the kind staff helped me find vegetarian options on the menu. We ordered pad kee mao, panang curry and pineapple fried rice. Pad kee mao and panang curry came first. My wife tried and she simple said try it so I did it. Our first impression was “very salty!!” To us, the flavor was good but it was way too salty for our mouths! Everything was literally too salty! They could definitely cut down more than half of their saltiness. Pad kee mao was very salty so we asked to make it more less salty and they gave us another less salty dish but that one lost the good flavor and rather it was more bland taste… The curry was always salty but since they already made a paste so they couldn’t do anything with it and the pineapple fried rice was salty but it was the best one from our choice.
Usually, we hate making leftovers but we couldn’t finish them all… We were surprised that people like super salty foods here. Perhaps, we can try one more time in the future but sincerely we hope they cut down some salt on foods.
Upon revisit, will adjust the review. Cheers 🥂

As we mentioned before we came back again. We remember the flavor so we wanted to try it one more time before giving up on coming here.
To be honest, we were glad that we came back again. Because we tried dishes with less saltiness and it was all good!!
We ordered pad thai vegan with tofu, basil fried rice vegan with tofu and Masaan curry vegan with tofu! The fried rice was very flavorful and good saltiness and delicious! Pad thai was chewy and delicious but hope that put more sprouts and veggies! Curry was based on peanut 🥜 prolly and that flavor and crunchiness was very good!
Now we know, we’ll be back again with family and friends!
Keep making foods with perfect saltiness and you’ll continually bloom in the...
Read moreDecided to try out a new (to us) place today for Thai cuisine - Da's Thai Cuisine. We'd seen this place about a month ago when we tried Dwarka which is right adjacent. Google was showing 4.9/5 so off we went. This is not a full service place. You go to the counter, place your order/pay, pick a table and food is brought out to you. During lunch hours you can opt the lunch combo which is slightly smaller portion size and includes an eggroll/salad. Between the 4 of us we ordered 4 entrees (3 lunch option and 1 dinner option). And we were not disappointed. Food was truly amongst the best we've had and for a change no leftovers to take home. It's a cozy place with seating for about 40 people. Very reasonable price point for the size of the dishes and the taste really was what stood out. Highly recommended. One point to keep in mind - Quantity of rice served with the curries was on the lesser side and had to place an order for another plate of...
Read moreWhen we first moved to Texas, we did Uber deliveries to make up for the cross country move. The food smelled and look amazing. Originally they were a food truck off of 79. I grew up eating authentic Thai & Laos food. So obviously there's a few dishes I had to try out to compare whether we like it or not, i.e. papaya salad and the basil fried rice. They were exactly how I remember them, when I was growing up.
When we found out, they open a brick and mortar spot, we continue to order from them. I just wished they had chicken wings, as love to pair them with the papaya salad and sticky rice. But I opted for their chicken satay. Hopefully they will bring in chicken wings :D.
I've also come to learned, that the owner of this place, was a previous chef at my colleagues restaurant, who eventually branched out on her own. I know his restaurant, the food was great, and to learn that she was his former chef, even better! Highly...
