Okay so today we finally went back to Golden corral since New Year's Eve because the meat was so tough then we just didn't even want to try to go back and we love beef lo mein Saturday night we tried it April 22nd 9:00 p.m. this time the steak was tender in the beef lo mein but the pasta was like mush I mean the rice had a better texture than the noodles did that's how bad it is I could not believe that after this long things have not changed or gotten better we were so hungry me and my son were after football practice that I taught my wife into just going to Golden grill cuz it was 8:00 it was too late to cook I was tired this is a really big letdown we told her that the pasta was like mush and me and my son was hungry so I told her look we're just going to eat ours real quick but my wife's not going to eat that at all they didn't offer to bring out another plate they just took it off the ticket and they still charged me $67 for mine and my sons beef lo mein with two egg rolls and fried rice she knew what she put out was bad and she still sat there and never offered to fix it instead she charged us full price for everythingand tried to give me an excuse for why the pasta was overcooked but if you're in the food industry you repeat customer is the biggest deal we haven't been there in a while because of how bad the food was the last time now we go back and not only are we charged for crap but we had to eat it because I was starving but I really hate that this happened this was the worst beef lo mein in the world anywhere would have been better we could have went to a hole in the Wall Chinese place in Durham and probably got better at least if they messed something up they would try to replace it not just let it be taken off the ticket and let a customer leave without making it right I believe the owners are all about the money they don't really care about their food quality in what their customers think about it if you are looking for Chinese food in roxboro North Carolina you need to go to Hong Kong by Burger King do not go to Golden grill at all I do not recommend it at all and after tonight we will not ever be going back there again I will not ever try to talk my wife into going there again she was right and it was a waste of my money it really was horrible and the worst thing is like I said before she never even tried to fix it never even tried to fix the money price nothing she knew what she sent out was bad and she's still going to make you pay for it so stop now turn around and go down the road to Hong Kong you do not need to go there at all stay away from...

From scrapping my front bumper at the entrance ; to my back bumper at the exit it was a verry poor experience. Fix that Tomorrow !! I’ll never drive in there again !!!

Szechuan Beef arrived It was a tremendous amount of food on a obsurldy small plate … like I was being “Pranked!”

Once I finally recieved another plate and portioned it appropriately on a 2 small plates …….i was Just really confused they didn’t have clean large plates…. Or did something other than put a 1lb of food on a single sushi roll plate ……

I then began to eat my double appetizer entre’….

It was Just SLIGHTLY LUKE WARM and GELATINOUS n Texture!!! 🍆 💦 🤮 Uncomfortably Revolting !

I immediately gagged n my stomach turned … My body instantly rejected it ; like it wasn’t safe .

My warm Saki arrived but the juice chaser never did N I had to ask for drink 2x …

The warm sake shot did not help at all , specially with no juice

I placed the 2 obnoxiously small plates on top of eachother N asked for a check . After I attempted a bite of just rice n sauce … nope 👎

I waited for the check a long time , wich just sucked at this point .

I paid for the meal … left a $ 2 tip to represent my ⭐️⭐️ Experience ; n I drove accross the st to Torreros n had an amazing meal like I always do !

Save urself $37 , the headache , n the urge to Vomit !

N just go to torrerros for Mexican .

A local nurse warned me “there is NO GOOD Chinese Place in Roxborro! “ Guess she is right !!!!🌴 🤷‍♂️ 🌴

The experience I had two weeks ago with sushi was good …

But I’m NOT willling to risk it again ..

!!3!! Waitress Was lovely. She was a really good waitress and very respectful and kind. Food on the other hand was not that good to be honest. The last time we were here the food was amazing it was heated up correctly but this time it was completely horrible. We had an order of crab rangoons, Mongolian beef, general tso's chicken, sweet and sour, three different orders of sushi and two other plates that I don't quite remember the name of. The crab rangoons were wonderful they were heated up correctly and the sauce with it was also very good. the Mongolian beef we had waited an hour for before we got it but other than that it was very good. The general tso's weird 45 minutes for and it was completely cold. The sweet and sour was good except for the fact that the chicken was hardly chicken about 1/4 of it is chicken and the rest of it is batter. We had waited two hours for our sushi and when we got it one of the orders was cold. The other plates for good one of them was kind of cold but other than that very good. I would also like to mention the fact that it took 30 minutes for one of us to get our starting options. We got the one soup that someone ordered and then 15 minutes later we then got our salads. Honestly I understand that the food was probably just cold because basically every table was filled and it was two waiters doing the best that they could. So it's really no problem with it but if you are trying to stop in for something quick this may not be a good place considering we spent three hours here. I would also like to state that you guys saying a 17-year-old can't do their job because they don't have their other hand is complete ableism. I hope that girls parents take this to court or file something against you and I hope they win because that is absolutely disgusting that you do that to a...
