I entered Subway on June 22,2015 and I was in a jovial and pleasant mood..The young blonde girl of medium build,between the ages of 16-20, had on a t- shirt from Subway that said, "ask me about the chicken salad." with a smiling face I asked her, how is the chicken salad?" Apparently forgetting what was written on her shirt,she snarled at me,with pure hatred in her eyes. I responded and said, your shirt says to ask you about the Chicken Salad. She snarled again ,"it's right there!", pointing to the salad ion the cooler.The other two young men , a new black young man, and a seasoned tall white young man just looked down and failed to give me eye contact. I sat down and ate my dinner as they all retreated to the back room out of site of everyone. Someone in charge should have come to me and offered an apology for such rude behavior. I expect some kind of reply from someone about this type of customer service. I have been a customer for many years and I won't accept this kind of treatment.. Read morePlaced an order online at 7:07pm and was called by the store two minutes after being told they would have to refund me for my order, due to “toaster being broken” even though none of my subs were toasted. Then when I told them my subs are not toasted I hear whispering and then he said we are closing. I then said that the store did not closes til 8pm (which is what is posted online and the door at the store), more whispering and then he returns with an attitude to say “well can you be here before 7:25pm(when my order on online would be ready) I replied yes and he hung-up on me. I am extremely unhappy with the service not just that but am afraid to allow my family to eat the food due to three young employees whose action were very unprofessional. Read moreThe two workers in the store did not speak when I entered the store all they were worried about was taking my order I had to initially speak to them to initiate the conversation. The young man and the young lady in the store at like they didn't want to be bothered I noticed that when another customer came in they didn't bother to even speak. They more or less fold my order together I had told the young man to cut my sandwich even I didn't even I only ordered a 6 in tuna sub but when I got home I saw that he didn't even bother to do that. I really don't understand these young people they want to work but not but not helpful when it comes to customers.
