Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Roxboro

I just wanted to take time to let everyone know about the experience I had with them this weekend.

My daughter had her second birthday party on Saturday Feb 18th. We placed an order for 12 pizzas to be ready for pickup at 1:30 for the 18th, on Thursday the 16th. I paid for the order in store (which took almost 30 minutes to be waited on) and had them print out 2 recipts. 1 for my keeping and 1 for the person picking them up for me.

He arrived to pick up the order right at 1:30 and was told they had no knowledge of the order and had not started on any of them. (Party started at 2:00) He was told they could have them ready in about 20 minutes. When it actually took an hour. And did not arrive until almost 45 minutes after the party started. I tried calling the store to speak with a manager, twice, and both times had no answer. We were told 2 weeks prior to ordering that a 48 hour notice was required- which we gave. I am giving 2 stars because the people working Saturday closed the store in order to make our order, however, if proper communication and planning had been done, they would have...

The cashier made me wait at the register in an empty store for several minutes so she could prepare pizzas incase someone else come in after I and should have checked me out as I had my phone several antagonizing minutes earlier. She was very rude with a very unprofessional attitude and when I asked why I was charged for crazy sauce when it's always come with 1 for my crazy bread she told me I should have been charged each time and no other Little Ceasers I know of charges you for the first sauce. Then she made several rude and degrading comments to a co worker standing beside heras he counted his till which should have been done privately. She's definitely in the wrong little of work. This place is a joke. Every time I come there's an issue with my food or with customer service with an employee. Last time I went prior to that on a busy Friday afternoon they would not allow me to pay for $30 worth of food with $100 bill because they don't accept them so I had to leave and go get change and come back when she clearly had the change in...

We came in and placed our order with one their employees Nadisha and she was helpful and made our order for us. The other employee Rinah was on a personal call facetiming someone and just sat their laughing and talking loudly. She laughed so hard she was spitting on the counter. We received our order from Nadisha and left. After we realized they put pepperoni on our pizza so I called them to ask for our original order which was cheese pizza. Nobody answered the phone. Probably because Rinah was on a personal call. I tried again and someone answered. I explained our need for replacement and they just hang up on me. We still went back in and Nadisha gave me the replacement cheese one. I asked her who was I on the phone with and she said it was Rinah. I asked her for her name also. Nadisha did her job well and we got what we needed. Rinah however should not be allowed to keep her job.
