The app is useless. Minimal to no customizations are available (particularly for breakfast) and the odds the order placed in the app and the order the store receives and sends to you are so far 0-2 (and that’s paying extra in the app for American cheese on my Frisco sandwich that the store receives as “No American” and doesn’t put any American on it; definitely changes the entire flavor). Trying to reach anyone at the store to attempt to resolve the issue or even make higher management aware of the issue is a joke. Attempting to use the app to provide feedback and contact the company directly only gets a bot response that can’t even confirm if the message that described the issue went through since it didn’t show up in the chat after hitting send. They want your name, phone number, and email stating simply someone will contact you if a response is deemed necessary. I don’t know what kind of developers or software engineers are managing the backend of the app or the website/chat, but this is not that difficult. To top it off, every time I’ve ordered from Hardee’s, the hash browns and sandwiches have been cold enough I had to reheat them (and the driver was waiting for the order at the store), last time I ordered two cinnamon buns and neither was cooked all the way through. This time I didn’t even get so much as a fork so I haven’t tested the cinnamon buns, but if you go in and order yourself and ask for your food to be made fresh, it’s really good. That was how I got hooked recently. But not enough to continue giving them my business after this. Very disappointed, but I would rather spend a $35 order somewhere that will be correct and still moderately warm enough to eat than waste any more money or disappointed...
Read more2.5 stars. My sandwich was cold, even though "Hot" was in the title of what I ordered. This place was SLOWWWW. Even by Hardee's standards it was slow (which for lunch/dinner Hardees is not known for being quick at any location anywhere, although breakfast is usually an exception.) I ordered and I was inside waiting for 20 minutes. And all I got was 2 sandwiches and 1 drink.
However!! The staff's attitudes was very friendly! The lady that took my order was awesome. We laughed and cracked a couple of jokes, and even the guy making the food in the back seemed to be doing good. She even answered a couple of questions I had (I was curious what the orange sauces were that I saw in the back)
The lady who I assume is the manager, or shift manager, I think about 5 minutes after I ordered she was either coming back or going to lunch, but she came from the back eating something, and did something. I wasn't crazy about the whole standing at the register with food in her mouth chewing. (I presume clocking in out?) But I won't elaborate. It was small. But even she was very friendly.
With all that said, I don't know whether I should rate the service 1 or 5. Probably a 1, but with 6 stars for their attitudes!

Neither sandwich was prepared as it should have been (see pic) all we got were patties that weren't fully cooked with cheese on untoasted bread. The fries were not good and when i approached the cashier about it he said that he would take the sandwiches to the back and add some bacon, after we had taken bites. Meanwhile we dined while listening to profanity laced conversations coming from the kitchen area that were really loud. Usually i get great food and service but it will definitely be a while before i go back for a burger or lunch item.
