Dunkin' — Restaurant in Roxbury Township

I never felt more unwelcome at Dunkin' than today. I've been to over 300 Dunkin' locations. This was by far my worst visit yet. Was not greeted properly, I said good morning only to get the eyes rolled at me. Before the eye roll, I stood standing by the register while she was on her social media ignoring me. I had to say the good morning first. She denied me my favorite Dunkin drink because I prefer cream as opposed to milk. I've only been denied my drink a hand full of times. Someone at Dunkin corporate must retrain their staff on customer servicing. Mostly all Dunkin', locations, I'd say about 98%, allow cream lattes. So why, do I often times have to be denied because an employee is mad, or because an employee is lazy to open the fridge to pour light cream. I saw the manager on my way out, she gazed at me, saw I was upset about the incident but never said is everything ok? Nor did she say can I help you with something. Upon exiting, I turned to hold the door for another customer. As I looked into the store, both employee and manager were laughing and the employee pointing in my direction. I tell you I've never felt more unwelcome than today! What a mistake, it felt like a transfer of negative energy instead of a common transaction. This was my experience, and I will never recommend or return to this Dunkin' location. This Dunkin' neighbors a luxurious Holiday Inn hotel, this behavior is bad...

The absolute worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to and unfortunately it is the only one close to my home. There is absolutely no management here. The place is run by kids who have no knowledge of professionalism and have no customer service skills at all. It is very clear that new hires don’t go through any training and if they do, you should probably rethink your training program. I came in once a half hour before they were closing (supposed to close at 6:30 and were actually closing at 4:30...surprise!!) and the one girl rolled her eyes ... I guess I was bothering her. The two children who were working that night were literally arguing about who had to mop the floor in front of me while I was waiting for my order. This place also closes extremely early for no reason and always at random times so you never know what to expect. I would not recommend...

This is by far the worst dunkin donuts ever! If your in a hurry do not go there! Even if your order is online! I have been there several times before I wrote this review. It's the closest Dunkin to my job I will never go back. The manager in my opinion has to be the problem. There are enough people working there I think it's just not organized properly. The wait is crazy everytime I have went there and the wrong orders pushed out are ridiculous. I sat in there and drank my coffee and observed the nonsense that goes on in there. If I was the owner I would consider hiring a whole new crew. Or hand picking a few to keep. I will never go back to this Dunkin if they were all ran this way they would be out...
