Probably the worst experience I have had! I arrived at about 1020 in the morning on Superbowl Sunday. According to the website, a low volume time to go through the drive thru. There were 5 cars ahead of me that already placed their orders and waiting for food. There was enough space in line for me to be at the speaker to order my food. Gentleman took my order professionally, so that was the only plus. He even cautioned me that it would take about 5-6 minutes to get my whopper. Not a problem since there were still 5 cars ahead of me. Finally got to the window, and the young lady took my card to ring up the order. Normal. She handed back my card, no receipt, no question as to whether I wanted one, and told me to pull around front since they were still waiting on my whopper. A bit unusual since it had been more than the 5-6 minutes I was cautioned about. But ok, I thought, benefit of the doubt, because they had a lot of customers. I pull around to the front and see another car waiting. 6 minutes later she comes out with my food. The order was short 2 sandwiches, so I mentioned it. 3 minutes later she comes out with the other 2 sandwiches, but one was wrong. I had to go inside to get it corrected. No offer to compensate for any of the issues. Got my order correct finally only to have it ALL cold. When I worked in the fast food industry, we prided ourselves on providing quick, hot food that was correct. We also did not let a single order go across the counter or out the door without the top of the bag folded over to retain the heat. If I wanted to spend $30.00 on cold food, I would go to the freezer section of the grocery store. What irks me the most, is these are the same people who want $15.00 an hr! No work ethic, think the world owes them everything, lackadaisical attitude, no customer service experience, are all I saw dealing with this. My grandmother was in an accident and got really bad so with that being said, I need to get me something for my little girl for dinner and fast because at this point we’re starving I pull up there’s a gentleman in a red hoodie another gentleman that’s working the window with a black hoodie and a white gentleman that was obviously working the front but when I pulled up, they were outside smoking and having a good conversation. I really didn’t know that they were working there, when I pulled up to the drive-through I was rushed about what I was going to order I told the gentleman to please give me a minute I wasn’t ready and then two seconds later he goes man. What can I make you? It’s like I don’t have enough stress going on with my life to have this man be upset because I ruined. there’s smoke break. I was a manager in Ogden and I tell you why I would never let my employees just respect any of our customers because they didn’t have to come to our store they chose to and it was very unprofessional of all of them. I got my food basically thrown at me. I didn’t get no. Rhanda didn’t get no barbecue sauce. However, I rated it so low because the employee that took our order, money, & then our food to go, was one of the most toxic experience I've ever had!! When i asked a few questions, she acted like I was along her to do a major work project! It was simply nothing less than the worst customer service ir rather lack of shity customer service, which I've probably ever had with any business experience! Thr managment should let get go before she drives their business into the ground. I usually do not like to give bad reviews but this was the exception to my normal decision regarding this type of review. Shamefully, I am past disappointed, I am literally disgusted with her entire persona and attitude. No customer should be treated so poorly! When I asked her for condiments she was even bothered that I'd even ask... just a toxic employee who needs a job in something other than dealings with business customers at all. Other than her!!...
