Roxberry Juice Co. Drive Thru — Restaurant in West Haven

I’ve only been here once but the smoothies we got were really good (raspberry rush and pina colada). The smoothies were all the way to the top, touching the lid so I feel like I got the maximum my cup could hold. Their customer service was good too. Very friendly, having a smile on her face. And as we sat looking at the menu in the drive thru, she was patient and didn’t sound irritated with the length of time that we took looking over the menu. It was nice to not feel rushed. The only downside, which really isn’t that big of a deal to me, is that we struggled to get my truck through the drive thru due to it being so small and turns were sharp. My tuck is just average length and I took the turns as wide as possible but I still had to put it in reverse and reposition before proceeding so I wouldn’t clip the building on the left side or hit the bollard on the right side. I have a Tundra regular cab with a 6.5’ bed. If you have a truck with an extended cab and a long bed, I would recommend avoiding going through the drive thru. I don’t know this for sure but it didn’t seem like they had an inside where you could place your order. They may have had a window you could walk up to, to place your order but it was raining and it didn’t seem obvious where to walk up to, to...

I put an order on door dash for Jamba ... They cancelled my entire order cause they couldn't make everything, vs refunding me and completing what they could of the order, like we discussed on the phone. When I was told they cancelled it, I basically cried.... I've been up all night, sick af from some Wendy's chili (DON'T EVER EAT THE CHILI, EVEN IF THEY MESS YOUR ORDER UP AND IT'S LATE AT NIGHT AND YOU HUNGRY AF, DO NOT EAT IT!!!) After being sick all night, and only able to hold down a little water, I decided I needed to get some nutrients in me. Jamba is usually my go to, a smoothy and a juice shot are great when you feel like this.

I was beyond grateful when I saw Roxberry was an option. The reviews are great, the prices are great, and the selection they offer is unparallel. They legit had a couple specific options for my current sick situation. It got here, it's so good, tastes so fresh, I am truly grateful! You guys had no idea when you were preparing my order that this was literally going to save my life tonight and hopefully have me feeling better for work tomorrow! We purchased 2 32 oz smoothies last night & when I got home I opened the lid to pour some of mine into a glass to share with my daughter & there was a hair in it! I was disgusted!!! 🤢 I called the store, asked to speak with the manager & was told by the team lead “I am so sorry! At least you didn’t swallow it!” She also said she didn’t know if or when her manager would call me back. It seriously makes me wonder what their procedures are behind the counter. Was the hair in the cup before they made the smoothie or did it get in the smoothie after? Either way gross 🤮 & such a disappointment! She essentially blamed it on her coworker with black hair & said they would be vigilant to make sure this never happens again. Not sure if we will be frequenting this shop anymore, which is sad because Roxberry Smoothies are few & far...
