FiiZ Drinks — Restaurant in West Haven

This location (Midland Dr.) has the worst service I have ever had!!. First off it took them FOREVER to take my order,. I ordered a 32 oz Diet Dr Pepper with fresh lime and a Miami Ice. Then I sat at the window to pickup my drinks forever!!! Then they handed me my Diet Dr Pepper and told me to pull in front of the walk up window and they would bring the Miami Ice out to my car. I waited and waited for them to bring it out. I had waited over 30 minutes and still no drink. I had to leave so I went up to the walk up window to get a refund but she hands me my Miami Ice (which is a frozen drink) and it is completely melted and the whip cream was so melted you couldn't even see it anymore. She said sorry she forgot to bring it out to you. I tell her I just want my money back and that the drink is all melted. She says I don't know how to do a refund and that she thinks its just the whip cream that is melted and put more on it. First off if this is this locations idea of customer service and providing a good product and experience I will be surprised if this location makes it. She did not offer to remake it just "I dont know how to do a refund". I have frequently gone to various Fiiz locations and NEVER had service like this. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service and to EVERONE out there it would be worth driving a little farther out of your way to a different location to get your drink. . Also, a lady pulled up next to me as I was leaving and I told her that if she's was in a hurry she might not want to get her drink from there, she said to me that she was actually coming back because they got her drink order wrong. I have a slight addiction to fiiz. That being said, I have been very dissatisfied with my past two experiences at this location (within the last week). Both times I ordered the same drink and both times they were made incorrectly. The orders are taken correctly and are printed correctly on the label, but are missing ingredients. While this doesn’t ruin my life, it is unimpressive and upsetting because I pay a whole lot more for this drink than I do for a regular soda (almost 4 times as much). Something about this location is off. They make a lot of mistakes (using diet instead of regular, forgetting syrups, etc) and they take way too long. I've come here quite a bit and it's like rolling the dice on what you're gonna get. I'm not one to complain much but tonight I ordered a hot chocolate but what I got was flavored hot water - and I don't mean watery hot chocolate. They forgot to add chocolate mix, so I added my own at home to salvage it. The other Fiiz locations are so much better - come on...
