I recently took some individuals with disabilities to the Midland Road store. The food and drinks were great, but the service was terrible. The server, young Latina, was patient and accommodating toward the individual's. The rest of the staff were rude, impatient, and overly hostile. When the drinks were finally completed, I decided to purchase a muffin for myself. I made the purchase and then waited for about 10 minutes for it to be handed to me. Mind you, the muffin display was less than 2 feet away from the register. When I asked for the muffin, 6 waiting 10 minutes, two servers gave me a hostile attitude, stating they'd get it for me shortly. It was then I noticed the servers grouped together near the back of the store talking. I asked again for my muffin and was told they were busy and would get it for me shortly. My group was the only people in the store, and there was a single car in the drive-through. If they had any customer service training, they would have realized the whole transaction could have gone much smoother if they took the 20 seconds or so to just hand me the muffin. Read moreGo to this beans & brew a lot so I'm pretty upset by mine and my wife’s experience tonight. I looked online & it said they closed at 9, so when we arrived at 8:10 I was confused when no one was answering the microphone. My wife drove up to the window & there were 3 workers walking back & forth with their headsets on, she honked & yelled excuse me? To see if they were still open. The girl with long blonde hair was directly in front of the window & gives my wife a side eye & starts laughing & walks away. Don't know why she simply couldn't say they were closing or closed but it was rude & distasteful. There were 3 employees that saw us that could simply say they were closing. We parked after to see what the sign on the door said, when they all walked out & my wife asked "so are you guys closed then?" & the girl with long blonde hair was laughing & saying yes it's on our door with attitude. Read moreWe ordered a frozen matcha and a coffee. My wife said the matcha lacked flavor. We thought no problem we will just call and go back and they can make her a new one. We left a voicemail with no answer. I reassured my wife that they would take care of us when we got there. I expressed to the lady that the frozen matcha lacked flavor compared to the last visit. She said well we make it with water. She said if I make it again it would be the same.
All we wanted was for her to make us a new one. However she did not offer to make a new one, but instead took it back and through it away for us. We ended up not getting a drink or a refund. I could not believe that was the solution. I might be out the $6, but it would mean a lot of they could help her get the training to help the next customer. Consider the $6...
