I was told Wings take only 20 mins to make there was only 1 table taken in the whole restaurant . So i waited inside. After 30 mins I politely asked if they were ready. Girl in front reply with a bad attitude "we will call your name when they are ready." So i sat at the very first table , at least 10 walk ins picked up their online orders and left. Another 30 mins went by . So i went back to her and asked reluctantly if they were ready now 50 mins . She said another five mins . After 10 more mins. She looked over on the shelf to her left and the wings were sitting there for almost 35 mins and never called my name. The Wings were now ice cold . She said do you want us to remake the order no apologies . I have now been there for almost 90 mins for 20 Wings. She said it will takeanother 20 mins to make new ones . I told her just refund my money. She said only the Manger can do a refund. I paid in cash. I left with Wings and recooked them when I got home. 2 hours for recooked Wings and $30 later. Do not walk in there and expect to be treated like a customer. Only the online orders and uber guys get first class service. The rest is like an inconvenience for them to deal with walk in s. I have ordered from here about 6 times and 4 out of the 6 times I have had food I payed for missing. The times I didn’t have food missing I wasn’t given the dipping sauce for the wings, which I also paid for. Each time my kids want wingstop, I have hope they will get the order right “this time” WRONG!. This is crappy service when the person who is packing pickup orders should pack items one by one as they go down the order receipt. Some people drive more than 20min to get here or wait 40+ min for delivery only to be missing food when getting home or receiving the food. Read moreI think that the employees at this location don’t catch a break. It is a new location, and I’m sure they have back to back orders all day. I have dealt with other WingStop locations who are quick, but they treat customers terribly, and the food sucks but this one was different. The employees were all very nice and communicative, they took time to make sure each order was correct, and my food was actually fresh, portions were great, and it tasted great. I would much rather have a long wait with good customer service, than the opposite, so everyone who puts a bad review on this place, should start by putting themselves in these employees shoes.
