Souvlaki Fast Royal Palm Beach — Restaurant in Royal Palm Beach

The reason for 3 stars: (For food review see below) The tables are not clean. The girl/cashier had literally nothing to do and still didn't clean them. She was standing didn't know what to do with herself, not once occurred to her to clean the tables. Especially, when we walked in there was only 1couple eating, so not busy. One of the tables was so filthy, the feta all over it, and ours had juice marks. The manager is to blame, he obviously has 0 managing skills, he walked in behind the register and didn't "manage", didn't care to check the place either. The table with feta finally was wiped (I'm sure not well) only because customers were about to sit. And we were there, for a while, the food was ordered, we waited, we ate, and was watching to see if anyone will come to clean tables or make sure everything is in order. Nothing, nobody came to even check the tables to clean it. She was bored and still didn't bother to check. Wow.

Food review: The Lamp chops were good. The gyro was ok, tasteless, The Philly steak sandwich was good. The sweet potato fries was goodish ok, The fries were ok. The tzatziki sauce /white sauce is blah, the same as the gyromania place. Cant find a greek place that serves the original...

Dirty inside on the tables, alot of young people making the food, no manners. I ordered falafel and the order was raw. The lady said "omg you know, today, I ate it and I totally thought it was more runny than usual...." They had me come back with the "untouched food" and I brought both back to show them that one was opened to see what was salvageable and the other was for my husband. The dough was raw inside and tasted of raw flour. My kid would need to eat that and my family is vegetarian. This was so uncomfortable. I Tried to ask about the order and what happened to customer satisfaction, the lady stated "we would have to charge you for a new falafel order unless you bring back the untouched one"... like are you going to give another customer the untouched food? Still I went. They used the same boxes that I wrote on myself and tossed sub par falafel back into the box, left everything else that was now cold and soggy in my container. How disgusting this behavior was and how dare the owner allow such rude and unprofessionalism in their restaurant. Wow. Just wow.

Oh not to to forget, the lady was like "make sure you burn it" pictures to show what the food looked like after receiving and all the old food...

I just wanted to give a quick review about my experience with the employees there today. I ordered online and when I got there. I added something else to my order. Which there wasn't a problem with? The girl took my order and send it over and after she sent it over, I told her that I want it. My pita sauce on the side when she went and told the little chinese girl that was making the pita, she said she had already made I said, well, I'm sorry, but my wife does not eat that sauce. She immediately got really angry and through the box where the pita was at to the side and ask for new meat. When they got the new meat, she slammed the meat on the pita and threw the tomatoes and the lettuce on top very angry. And started looking at me, giving me this nasty, horrible look like, let me know that she was very upset. She grabbed the box my box and through it to the girl and the girl put it in the bag and gave it to me. I thought it was very unprofessional. That was my first time going there. The food it's pretty good so I would like to come back but that was a horrible experience from jess her having to make...
