Panda Garden — Restaurant in Runnemede

Horrible customer service! I ordered a large platter of General Tso Chicken and had asked for ALL WHITE MEAT! It was like a strip of real meat in it and the rest all breaded & chewy! Then had the audacity to charge me $3 extra for white meat when there was literally no meat in it just all batter. So I called to swap it out for something, the manager started arguing with me saying there’s nothing they can do about it when I’m telling him I’m not going eat it and that I am unsatisfied. Then switched up at the end and said I could swap it out and that they would send someone to deliver Chicken & Broccoli instead and we give them back the General Tso…why a whole HOUR went by and still no one showed up so I called them and they were like “Oh no you have to bring it back”. So you just made me wait an entire hour waiting for my food when I’m already irritated and hungry! My boyfriend and I returned the entire order to get all our money back. I will never spend another dime there again. Horrible horrible...

Very good food. Nice portions, General Tso’s chicken, crab Rangoon (yum) and In my opinion they make the best Chinese pizza (scallion pancake) in this area. Super crispy, flaky on outside nice and chewy on the inside and not greasy!!! I Had to call after my first delivery for an issue and they were extremely helpful and pleasant. After I hung up from that call someone else called me back and wanted to make sure everything was ok with my order. So they definitely get an A plus for customer service! We actually ordered 2 days in a row. And on second day we tried the orange chicken and fried dumplings! Delicious! Panda Garden Will be our new go to for local...

NEVER AGAIN!!! 1 star rating is giving this restaurant credit, I wish I could leave no stars! Ordered 2 take out meals. Upgraded the rice to beef lo mein, (an extra 5 dollars per platter, way over priced). Everything well done and asked for the lo mein to be separated. The food we got was disgusting. We trashed it. The chicken was soggy. The sauce was very bland. And the noodles weren't separated so my beef lo mein was covered in the disgusting sauce. We also ordered "cheese sticks" but even they were nasty. (Not to mention they came with ketchup) the food was so nasty I wouldn't give these people...
