Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard — Restaurant in Runnemede

Poor customer service I pulled up with them dealing with a customer so I got out my car to stand in line after the guy in front of me was done she looked right me and my son and then closed the service window and didn't return for like 30 min while my my son and I just waited and when she did return I asked about it, she just smiled and said he ordered the day before and asked if he could pick up early and said sorry. I replied a little info would have been nice instead of just closing the window, plus there is no sign saying hours of business the dirty looks she was giving me she's very lucky I'm not the old me enough said I will never go back nor will any of my family members...

Pulled up at 8:15 last night, said they’re open until 9. Saw a girl in the back chatting so I gave a polite little tap on the window. She literally looked at us and went back to talking for a solid 5 minutes. I just stood there not knowing what to do. Another guy came up and we just started laughing. She then looked at us again and went back to talk with her two other co workers. Then just as we’re about to leave they come up to take our orders as if they didn’t sit there ignoring us for 10 minutes. I’m sorry but this Rita’s is dispicable. I got a Concrete and it was given to me thru the window half full, and that is even the biggest issue. The second and bigger issue is the consistency was milk. A concrete is suppose to be stiff and cold and not able to suck thru a straw. This was atrocious. It tasted like only flavoring and it wasn’t blended obviously to the consistency. How hard is it to work at Rita’s ? Really? How hard is it to follow the recipe you were given ? There is no excuse for 8 dollars. Never again. This was the last time they give me trash. It’s happen...
