Shawnee's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Rushford

Stopped on our way through on the motorcycle…..bartender/server looked at us, did not acknowledge us…..then when we got up to the bar, he looked at us…no “hi”, nothing!! We ordered….still nothing out of his mouth, NO WORDS!

We found a table (only 4 other patrons were at the bar ), so noticeably more, NOT busy …

The server literally came to our table with a notepad, maybe said, ”are you ready?” …. Proceeded to take our orders … not ONE WORD!!!

Horrible service, the most unfriendly place I’ve ever been to … NEVER...

The food was very good. I had a BLT that had a generous amount of bacon on it. My wife ordered off the dinner menu even though it was lunch. She had the Cajun salmon and that too was very good. Other than that I had a cup of coffee with my meal. We did figure out after we left that we were probably overcharged a little for our meal. The BLT was listed at $8.50 and the salmon my wife thought it was listed at about 13.50. Those two items along with a cup of coffee I was charged...

The best place for food in town. The service is a level above other restaurants in town, and the food quality is great. While other restaurants make you question if you can make it to the nearest rest room, Shawnee's leaves you feeling full, satisfied and not miserable.

If you go, definitely try their burger and fries. The burgers are big, juicy and delicious. The fries are one of the few I'll eat that don't come...
