Disappointed in my experience eating dinner here with my family. I have come here for lunch in the past and it seemed good so i decided to bring the whole family for dinner last night. I ordered the largest sirloin (around $30) with a house salad and fries. The place wasn't busy so i'm not sure why the food took 30 minutes to get out to us but that wasn't a big deal. The first problem was my med rare steak came out well done (zero pink and tuff). By the time my server came back for me to ask about it the rest of my family was 1/2 done eating. i then asked the server how i requested my steak cooked so i could figure out if maybe i didn't speak clearly enough. He said med rare. I showed him it was well done. he apologized and had the kitchen cook another one. this time it came out relatively quick but still over cooked a bit. it was medium at best but still at least there was some pink. after i bit into it i noticed it had very little seasoning on it. overall i was impressed but figured they had a new cook that was having a bad day. Unfortunately there were other issues with service that compounded the issue and i left very unsatisfied for a $70 dinner. The cherry on top was that on the way home we remembered we didn't get the texas toast with any of the entrees that included it.... Staff seemed unenthusiastic, unfocused, and inexperience which is a bad combo for a service business surviving. Luckily i have seen them on their good days so i will likely try again much later but they need...

We went here because it was recommended by the front desk worker of the hotel we were staying at. I gave it 2 stars because the nacho appetizer and the service was decent. Other than that, it was terrible food. The Wisconsin Cheese soup was luke warm and needed salt for flavoring and tasted a luttle burnt. The main course came and it was extremely disappointing. I ordered the T-Bone medium rare. The new york strip side was a solid medium to medium well and the filet side was nothing but fat and gristle. There was little to no meat on that side. The steak fries weren't hot and were soggy for all 3 of us. My daughter enjoyed her burger but my wife and my steak were horrible cuts of meat (I doubt even 1/2 inch thick) and poorly cooked. I would consider looking elsewhere for a good steak. And for the record, I did not say anything to the server when asked because when the majority of the meal is a disappointment, we just wanted to leave and didn't want to...

I really enjoyed dining at Brangus. My dining experience was a working lunch. However, I found the place quite enjoyable. It had an old steakhouse charm, and the food was really good. I had the 16-oz ribeye with green beans and cajun fries. The green beans were a touch overcooked (for my liking), and they lacked any noticeable seasoning, and the portion was on the small side. The cajun fries were good. I felt they were not very spiced for "cajun" fries. The fries were good and crispy, though, and the portion was good. My steak was very good. It was very simply seasoned (salt and pepper) and cooked exactly how I like it. There were little buckets of peanuts on the tables to enjoy while waiting. The drinks were served in large mason jars (I loved that). Overall, I found the experience good, and if this hadn't been a work related meal, I may have been able to savor the food and...

I've been wanting to try this place for quite a while now and finally got the opportunity this weekend. Needless to say it was a bit of a letdown. I had the 11-ounce ribeye special with a side salad and mac-n-cheese. Texas toast was also included. The salad was average and the mac was also. Similar to Golden Corral mac-n-cheese. I asked for the steak to be cooked medium and it came out definitely medium-well. It was tender and seasoned well but the overall flavor and texture was below par for a steakhouse. Basically the quality of the meat was lacking, like something I'd expect to get at an average diner. I may try them again because I noticed some of the portion sizes of various dishes that my dining companions ordered were huge. But only if I'm in the area.

This is my first time eating here. We started with the tumbleweed, not a fan of ranch for this. I asked if they have any other dipping sauce options, not a good variety is offered. My meal was steak and shrimp with baked potato, macaroni and cheese. The mac and cheese really sucks. Steak was tender but way too salty. Shrimp was pretty good. If we ever come back I will not sit in a booth ever again. I felt like I was in a highchair. The table pressed against my stomach, no elbow room with 2 people on one side, very uncomfortable seating in a booth. They charged us for the damn fries for son's cheeseburger...wtaf!? It is supposed to come with 1 side item.
