Burger King — Restaurant in Russellville

While I was waiting in line for my food at the second window I heard the manager telling all the crew if they order something and there is a better deal on what they ordered don’t tell the customer because we are basically giving it away at the price as it is they don’t need to save more money. Why would you not want your customers saving money so they can afford to eat there more often? I hate McDonald’s and choose Burger King when my kids want to eat out quick but now I’ve lost respect for that Burger King. I’d love to know if the franchise owner supports what their manager instructed their staff. I won’t be taking my business to Burger King if that instruction the manager gave to their team comes from the franchise owner. I’d prefer to teach my kids that even if you prefer to eat at Burger King but their business practices lack integrity and customer service you give your business to an establishment that respects and values...

I went there while I was waiting on my friends court to be over. When I first walked in the manager told me they were not serving food right then because the AC was being fixed. I asked how long and she said she didn't know. So I ordered a water and sat down. As I'm sitting down 2 more people walked in and the first thing she said was it's gonna be about 20 minutes before we can make any food. It made me wonder why she couldn't give me a time and made me feel like she was hoping I'd go somewhere. Other then that the restaurant was clean. And when I finally got to order the food was good. One more thing..... While I was there I looked for the burger King app and downloaded it. The deals on the app are very good. I got lunch for 2 dollars. I highly...

If I could, I would give this Burger King zero stars. Go through the drive through and place an order; two number two combos, large size, one with a large coke and the other with a large UNSWEETENED tea, an order of eight piece spicy nuggets. The lady at the drive through window ask what dipping sauces we wanted. The display showed the order was correct.

We get home (which was a ten minute drive) and the fries are cold and stale. The UNSWEETENED tea was sweet. And the nuggets and dipping sauces were missing. And the receipt was missing as well.

I have tried calling them for over an hour and each time I call the line is busy. I assume that due to the line being busy, that I'm not the only person calling...
