Price Break — Local services in Russellville

Can we say diamond in the rough? Um yes please! Not having to ask the price of everything because it is whatever the price of the day is. Consistent prices for each day of the week. You know before going in how much each thing is going to be. Genuine car parts, kids birthday party supplies, costumes, clothes, food, shoes, you never know what you wil find. They restock throughout the day too.

My only two gripes are: 1) that you run the risk of touching a unknown substance from time to time (not the store or employees fault. People break or spill something in the bin and just leave. So rude!).

Fix: bring gloves of the rubber or nitrile varity to protect your hands

2. The temperature! Wasn't an issue until we got to summer but now WOW! The front it a little warm but feels btter then outside. The further yowards the back of the store the worse it is. It feels like someone open the doorway to hades in the back.

Fix: spring for AC or at least get some of those huge fans they use in chicken houses or automotive shops. Come on already. One day this lady had to sit done and the workers were bring her water. If you can open multiple store in other locations, I have no doubt that you can afford a couple more fans to put in the back of the building.

Today 07/09/2024 i was shopping their books. They advertised a 10 for $2 books. However as i was finding some Harry Potter books. We had several in our cart. There were 2 men loading loads of books into carts and going through a cardboard bin. Other people had joined them and so did i. A few minutes later as we were going through the bins, i struck up a conversation and he said he resales on eBay, no biggy to me since i do the same and most everyone else there does the same. Then a lady wearing a price break shirt freaks out and starts grabbing books out of the bin and then other peoples carts including my own. She was snatching up the copies of Harry Potter declaring they weren’t supposed to come out until $15 day? The advertisement they sent out was for books at 10 for $2. The 2 guys were not employed by price break at that time. She declared that they don’t want anyone going through the cardboard bins. When i asked why the other 2 guys get to she says they let them go through first and get first pick of all of them because they let them know what the good books are. I left. Very very angry . This place has no integrity. I won’t go looking for great deals here ever again knowing their friends are getting the mass majority of most all of them except for a few peanuts they may throw out to the public. I DO NOT...

Let me start by saying until today I loved this store. But there is one violent person that works here!!! Today I was at the testing station and he started trash talking me to my face (because last week I had a couple items That had the factory tape on but had beat up boxes and because it is a no return store I wanted to check and test everything I’m interested in buying ( I’ve bought multiple items in the past that when I got home didn’t work)) so I flipped him off then he snapped turning violent) came around the table started screaming and shouting at me grabbed my arm and started dragging and pushing me out of the store (through a crowd of people and carts (banning me) and now I am dealing with a hurt arm and shoulder!!!

I cannot recommend that anyone shop here, at least when he is working!!!
