Hardee’s — Restaurant in Russellville

This place hasn't even been opened for a week and this place is crazy, first of all I ordered two chicken strips meal with two powerades well instead of that they charged me for two strawberry lemonade drinks instead, then when asking them if they had any powerade drinks they said no, like why does your app have powerade if you don't have it, like come on now. Then I was asked to pull over because the workers gave another customer the wrong food and that we were gonna have to wait about a couple of minutes no big deal this happens all the time but when we got our food instead of two chicken tender meal I got ONE THREE PIECE CHICKEN TENDER AND A BOX OF A SINGULAR CHICKEN TENDER?!?! Then when I found out, you know I when back to the place to get my chicken tenders, and as I'm making this, I have a stomach ache and I'm feeling nauseous. Hello, just to start out we walked in the door to sign on. The windows said 599 big baggie add a cheeseburger double for one more dollar hanging right on the wall. Big one Walk in. Order two of them with two cheeseburgers. The lady says no we can't do that to computer. Won't let us. The computer won't let them well then I don't know what she was came up and said no we can't do that because it's the computer won't let us. So we went about and Said well. You mean you can't just take our dollar and give us our cheeseburg? She said no so we walked out. The place had false advertising on the window. The sign was out there. I have pictures of it and the people were rude afterwards. Plus one of the people taking the order a heavier set person man was just a regular shirt on. He's taking an order and as he's doing it wipes his nose with his shirt in front of the guy that was ordering. So stay away....

Food was okay, I've only been to this Hardee's so perhaps I'm not experienced in what good Hardee's is like. However I was disturbed by three (3) things here: #1 Why was there a Hardee's staff member on lunch yelling at her phone in video discussions? #2 Why is the floor disgustingly sticky?! It was crazy to see other people taking notice of this and kids playing with this newfound wonder. This is a common occurrence and was not in just one location but all across the main floor. #3 The staff can obviously hear and acknowledge the English language but their understanding may be lacking: Every part of our order AND the people behind us was incorrect. Really odd... Maybe third time visiting will be better? I don't go unless forced when on outings with the in-laws but wow I would NEVER choose to go to this...
