Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Russellville

Chick-fil-A always goes above and beyond when it comes to food quality and customer service. 9/10 times, I am always impressed and pleased with over the top treatment at this location.

This morning, my daughter and I were running behind and there was a long line in the drive thru. We decided to go inside, as I was hoping it would be quicker to get our to-go order. When we walked in, no one said hello or acknowledged us - which is fine, they were busy working the drive thru. I stood at the counter (alone) for probably 3-4 minutes...6-7 employees walked past, continued on their way, never stopping to take my order or even tell me they would be with me in a while. My son and I came to this restaurant after a bad experience with a game . He was trying to talk to me for once without any distractions (little sister who hates baseball). The employees where pouring water by our feet and cleaning floors. I felt so bad about everything and the restaurant did not help. Employees were obviously irritated about us coming inside, one hour before closing. I get it everyone is ready to go home but I hope next time you consider the importance of what your restaurant represents. I fully support any businesses that are not afraid to show their values with Christ . I love your restaurant but some bothers and sisters need some more training on empathy and work ethic . I pray this restaurant has kept its values and purpose: it was not my pleasure to stop here...

Rather disappointed in our visit this evening. They appear to have construction going on in the parking lot, which that lot isn't very big as it is, so to add equipment sitting there made it worse. The only person that was even remotely polite or friendly was the girl that took our order. We have a larger family and our kids are all about the sauce. We asked for 12, and it was put in on our order. We got 4, which was super disappointing when we got home. Especially when all 4 kids got nuggets. Not to mention not all the sauce is free...
