The store manager will appears slovenly. My daughter was fired from this store, thank god at this point. She waited in the parking lot I. The heat for over an hour and a half for Will to FINALLY show up to her interview late, and looking unkempt, he even spoke to me about his own appearance stating he apologized for his looks as he’s on vacation and would be clean cut and shaven by the time the store opened, spoiler he looks the same. Did not offer for my daughter to do training ahead of time at other stores, she received three days of training. She asked to be on the list to be called in if needed. They called her in every single day. Then she was feeling sick one day and called out, she then became “unreliable”, and he cut her hours back to three hours a week stating “cultural differences”. He also told her she has “RBF” and he had been getting compliments about her. She asked him if he was trying to get her to quit and he said well I gave you one day, you can come in or not. She did for two weeks 6 hours for two weeks. Then he started giving her more hours and after she clocked in today he fired her! For poor performance. She hasn’t worked in a week, what did she do on her time off for him to schedule her three days this week and then fire her the first day she worked? Also no one is properly trained and cross contamination is all over the place. Dishes are left to pile up all day and night, then they call her in at 930 pm to wash dishes till 1 am. Read moreI gave this location 3 stars as I have only experienced issues this week since their opening. Earlier this week I ordered online one crunchy taco, got home and it was a flour tortilla. I order the crunchy tacos as they are gluten-friendly. I am unable to eat the flour tortillas. Today I ordered three crunchy tacos online and got home to find more flour tortillas. Additionally, I ordered a large bag of chips and only received a regular size. While these mistakes are not detrimental, it is disappointing to see the lack of attention to detail. I understand that sometimes they run out of things. They do however have the ability to mark items out of stock thru online ordering. It would have been nice to know if they were out of the crunchy shells. Burrito folder had a time trying to get it wrapped but it was a full load. Went to pay. Found a $5 bill on the floor. Handed it to the cashier and told her someone might come looking for this. She turned to her manager for instructions and he promptly said “Ooh! Put it in the tip jar!”, which she did, hesitantly. So if you misplace money at Chipotle, don’t expect it back.
