My foodie and coffee snob friends rave about Midtown Coffee, so I know their coffee and espresso drinks are very good. Myself, I must confess I've only had their espresso, but it's that stellar espresso that keeps me coming back! I gotta give it 5 stars on that alone, because espresso this good is VERY hard to find.

When I try a new coffee house, I order a double espresso shot and dare them to impress me, as it'll glaringly reveal any compromise in technique or quality. Impress me they did!

Midtown consistently delivers that rare, elusive perfect espresso that's so difficult to find. It has heavy, rich, deep flavor with that characteristic nuttiness, a well-balanced sweetness/bitterness, and a thick crema. Espresso perfection!

I’ve been to Midtown Coffee multiple times and this is my first review! My husband’s extended family lives in Russellville. The morning we get together for our family’s Christmas my sister-in-law and I go to Midtown for coffee. It’s sort of our tradition! We love the cozy vibes and local art at this specific location. The Midtown Team is always so friendly and professional. I wish I wouldn’t have waited so long to leave this review, because I can’t remember what I got! I’m pretty sure it was a Peppermint Mocha. Not sure where people are getting nice, friendly service from because I sure didn't. The girl (blonde w tattoos) working the front was very unfriendly. Also not sure where people are getting good coffee from. This is burnt rubber. Also, asked for a medium but she gave me a small. Combination of poor service, unfriendly staff, and not getting my order correct guarantees I'll never visit Midtown Coffee again and will take my business elsewhere.
