I have been eating at the Crack House since it was on 4th street. This is the complete details on this place. It's not a fine dining establishment, it's a hole in the wall, small mom and pop with big flavors. Is it cheap ?...NO but neither is McDonald's....Is it Fast?....No its not a fast food restaurant like Wendy's Is it delicious? YES...yes it is...Great Flavor good variety ....all around if you are not in a rush it's worth the wait. The younger staff members could use some training on proper customer service but its not bad enough for me to write the place off. It's breakfast is AMAZING!!!! I have had the king Crab legs feast with sausage and shrimp ....flavors completely on point. Most recent visit was for burgers again slam dunk on flavors.

Catfish and burgers were delicious. Came upon The Crack House by accident but this is a hidden gem in Russellville. The Crackaroni is the OMG item on the menu, it's worth a trip by itself. This place makes me want to return to Russellville. The man cooking knows what he's doing, and the family takes care of you. Hopefully things take off and they open more locations. I'm a fan and you'll find me back in The Crack House.

WARNING: Expensive. Bad food. Mediocre service. We were excited to see a seafood restaurant opening in our area and we went out to support it. There were a lot of interesting-looking items on the menu. We ordered 1/2 pound crab legs, 1 pound boiled shrimp, two small side salads, hard boiled eggs and two waters. The price was pretty high, $80.16 for two people (incl. 20% tip paid at the counter before we got our order), but we took a chance because we had read good reviews and we like to support new restaurants. Long story short, we were VERY disappointed. It was not busy but the food still took forever. The drink machine was broken. Each small glass of ice water was only 3/4 full and there was nobody to refill your glass. They were out of hard-boiled eggs. The crab legs were ice cold and no crab shell crackers or tools were given to remove the meat. I asked for a crab cracker and got a nutcracker that might have worked well for a pecan, but was too big to crack the small crab legs, and the plastic fork couldn't pull the meat out of the shell. The boiled shrimp, on the other hand, were hot enough to burn your fingers and incredibly greasy. I've never seen anything like it. There was hot grease trapped inside the shells. They were so soaked with grease, the lemon butter wouldn't even stick to it, it just rolled off. I like fat, but the shrimp left an oil slick in my mouth and water wouldn't wash it down. I tried eating salad to get the grease out of my mouth, but the lettuce was wilted, the tomatoes were mushy and the cucumbers were freezer-burned. It may have been one of the worst dining...

It's in the city mall, so atmosphere is lacking, but not their fault. Some folks may want to get their food to go.

It's a family operation and their kids help as servers, they're young and learning the ropes still, so thing may be a little slow. Give them some more time and I highly doubt it will be an issue.

As for the food, 11/10 score. Everything was top notch.

Much like anywhere nowadays, you get 2 meals, an appetizer, and 2 drinks.. you're spending at least 40 bucks.

My wife and I whole heartedly agreed that this was the first time in a while where we ate and felt we were given a GOOD value for what we spent.

Good portions, unique flavors, and just downright...
