Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Russellville

we have always gotten excellent service from pizza hut. but, the last 2 times we ordered we were disappointed. 3 orders back we ordered the zesty italian salad for $2.99. it was terrific. so the next we ordered my husband decided he wanted to try it because it looked so good and we ordered the larger one for $7.99. we were disappointed. the 1st one had pepperoni and ham on it and the 2nd one only had ham on it and it cost more. last night i ordered the zesty italian salad but my husband didnt want one. i got the smaller one. well this time it came with no meats cucumbers not much really. it was like a regular side salad with banana peppers on it. very disappointed. i was so ready for the italian one and didnt get it but i guess at least they got the dressing right this time. 7/9 we ordered again and quality went down even more. cold hard edge pizza, overcooked chicken wings and zesty italian salad noting but a regular salad with only maybe half the amount this time. very...

This is the WORST Pizza Hut I have ever been too. Not only are the workers rude, but my order is made wrong EVERY time I stop there when I’m in town. Last time I was there, they made a thin crust pizza instead of a stuff crust pizza which took an additional 30 minutes from when it should have been ready. I stop by there today to get a pizza and drive an hour home with it just to realize that my pizza had onions on it instead of the mushrooms as I requested. I AM SEVERELY ALLERGIC TO ONIONS. I call the store and the manager said he would “credit me 5 dollars since I kept the pizza”. Are you kidding me?! It’s not my job to make sure the employees do their job correctly. That pizza could have killed me if my little sisters would not have pointed out the onions. I didn’t pay 5 dollars for a pizza that couldn’t even be ate! I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE. They need new managers and employees that can read directions and have better customer...

The sweet gal who sat me at around 7 PM tonight was great. However, now longer than she took my drink order a young gentleman asked me if that was my car parked out there. I said yes, and he said I had to move it because those spots where for carry outs. Mind you, there was one table seated in the dining room and a few cars in the drive-up. Zero cars in those spaces (which yes, I didn’t notice I took one of 5 or more spots. At that point I’m just annoyed and ordered my food to-go via carry out instead. The whole time I’ve sat here there is TWO cars parked in one of those spots at two different times. Making a big deal of it cost that sweet gal a tip that she would have earned had the young man not been as he was. I just wanted to sit at a table and relax to eat before heading to the hotel after an extremely long day driving for work in the rain. Guess I should listen to my husband and stop going...
