Taco Bell — Restaurant in Russellville

Was at Taco Bell, 1308 N. Arkansas, Russellville,AR 72801 at 7:19 pm today. Ordered take out for my family. Paid for our order,$45.31.When food was presented at drive up window, I noticed bag was sealed with a sticker. I asked the gentleman handing it to me, was there anything else, he assured me it was all in the bag. Arrived home 5 minutes later and unpacked bag. Pictures will describe the state my purchases were in. Tacos were broken in haphazard wrappers, as if a 2 year old had been given the task! I ordered 2 chips and cheese but were not in the bag. My biggest disappointment was arriving home with nothing that my four year old granddaughter had ordered. This has always been my go to Taco Bell because of the quality of food and service, which has always been excellent until this evening. Normally I don’t leave reviews but I had to speak up about who I believe to be the manager at this location. I order from this location a lot but this makes me not want to go back. I ordered the bean nacho through my app. Which normally comes with red sauce. I am allergic to tomatoes therefore I cannot have the red sauce because it contains tomato paste. So when I ordered I said no red sauce. When I picked up the order it had red sauce all over it. I didn’t want to be trouble but I couldn’t eat it so I took it back. The front desk lady was so nice, but the girl who I believe to be the manager started talking bad about me right in front of me. Saying things like “how can someone be allergic to red sauce” to her other coworker. This just really upset me because it’s not something I can help. The customer service was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! Me and a buddy went around midnight a week ago. The lady working looked like she has been picking at her face all DAY with open wounds exposed and a seriously bad attitide..! Even ordering at the drive thru her impatience was noticeable. We said thank you when we got the change and she just smirked and looked away. Another guy from the back came up to the drink area to pour himself something and just looked very very ragity and someone whom i wouldnt want to cook for me at all let alone touch my food.
