KFC — Restaurant in Russellville

2016 Edit: The below review was from several years ago. I've not had an experience like this in some time. The staff is generally as friendly as you would expect, and the quality and cleanliness has improved greatly. As such, I've modified my star review to reflect the improvements. I realize that it's probably very difficult to find employees that are passionate about their fried chicken, but the last few times I've visited this location, the service has been abhorrent. One visit in particular left me at a greasy table, and the trash bins were not only full, but had trash placed on top of them and even piled up next to each bin. We ordered delivery through door dash and the lady handed the wrong order to the delivery guy. So we got some guy named Ricky's order. We called and told them about the mistake and they apologized and said we could keep it (Wow thanks I guess) and that they woudl send our food as quickly as possible. The problem with that promise was they have no control over the door dash delivery drivers or when they show up. So unless there was another door dash order made to KFC there was not going to be any way to get our correct order delivered. So we paid the delivery fee and tipped 30% (wasn't his fault) and I still had to go get our order after we waited an hour and a half and paid all the extra money. It is nasty!!! I only gave it 2 stars because the food tastes good. You have to walk through the door where the bathrooms are, so you smell poop before you enter through the other door to get your food. You have to fight just to get a table and most of the time the tables are dirty. The employees don't use any chemicals, they just use a napkin to wipe the crumbs off. We have been there at least 5 times and every time the trays smell sour. This place is disgusting and run down and is not getting any better. They stoped serving Dr Pepper!!! That alone lost my...
