This place has horrible customer service and the wait time for what is supposed to be hot and ready pizza is insane. So I ordered through the app because it says it would be faster and I knew that on Friday Night they usually run out of pizzas, ask me how I know. So I just ordered two cheese pizzas, just the same plain cheese pizzas you can drive up and get at the window. I placed my order in the app at 4:03 pm. I ask for pickup at 4:30 pm, the app said no, too soon, so it let me choose 4:45. Okay, why do I have to wait 45 minutes for the same pizza they have ready on demand, but okay I had an errand to run, so I went ahead. When I got there at 4:48 the lady in the drive through speaker says "pull around hun, we'll check on that", well I decided to check the app and they hadn't even started my order yet. So I set in the line another 10 minutes and get to the window finally at 5:58. The girl at the window, says sorry we haven't started your order yet. I'm like why? I ordered almost an hour ago and it said I could pick up at 4:45 and it's past that now. She said I know, its frustrating isn't it. Just pull around there and I'll tell them you are her. Well I did to the first spot right in front of the door you walk in. My son and I watched over 10 people walk in and and walk out with multiple pizzas each, while we waited another 30 minutes!!! I finally get a text telling me to go through the drive through, the one that was now wrapped around the building, to get my food. I had to end up going in, they never brought it out like she said they would. So I go in and ask for my pizza, she ask my name, I give it and explain that I've just getting my pizza that has been ordered over an hour and a half ago. I ask her why so may people could walk right in and walk out with pizzas when I was waiting so long. All she said is "they get these hot and ready in the case and you ordered online, that's way'. I said so what is the difference in my cheese pizzas I ordered and those right there in the hot case. She said "nothing". So naturally I was even more upset, because why could she just give me two of the hot and ready since they were exactly the same. She says to me "those are for people that just walk in and order or pull up and order" not for people that order ahead in the app." I mean, she and the lady at the drive through couldn't care less about my experience or the pitiful customer service I received, but I'll tell you one thing, I'll pay $40 for pizza before I order from this place again, it is cheap crappy food, that works when you are in a hurry, but when that cheap past food takes 1.5 and actually causes us to be late to our next place we had to be they can keep that crappy food and their pitiful customer service. Today i walked out on my job because I was told i was "wasting labour" and "had an attitude" when i was simply asking a question and i didn't understand the response and asked a different one that is what i was told.. and the funny thing is that it was the General manager. I have called up there multiple times to ask to speak to him and every single time i called i was told "He is not here right now" and yesterday one of the co-managers informed me that he is there he just "doesn't always feel like talking to us." I just recently found out I am pregnant, so i need all the money i can get, i clocked in tuesday and when i went to clock out at the end of my shift but it said to clock in, a manager watched me clock in and then when i asked she told me it was a write up, and i was fine with that because i cannot fix it. Well i went in wednesday and was attempting to clock in and it said clock out.. The only response i got when i asked was "Well you must have done something wrong because our machines don't mess up" and they do that's one reason why we are always behind, no one else could tell me whether or not i was getting paid for being there that day and when i asked the general manager he was yelling at me and saying i had an attitude, then proceeded to talk about it when i went back to do my job, and he kept on raising his voice and being rude about everything, all because i asked him to explain because i didnt understand. I left crying and I think it was completely unprofessional, And what made me the most upset is that there are people who come into work high and smoking dope on their social media THAT HE KNOWS ABOUT BECAUSE HE HAS BEEN SHOWN BY MULTIPLE OTHER EMPLOYEES, and he lets one girl leave early every time she is there. It is absolutely outrageous that I am always doing my job to my best ability and me asking a question gets me treated like that when there are way bigger problems than me asking about if i will get paid for a day that i worked or not. Read moreWe stopped today to grabbed some pizza after my daughters appt . Shes been asking for little Caesars pizza for quite a few days ,I could of gotten pizza from my town(40 min away) but we really wanted little Caesars. It's the first time I've been to the new building I didn't know there's a speaker now to order .It was my fault to assume it was like the previous building and drove straight to the window without looking for a speaker , but the attitude the employee gave me was terrible. I asked if she had pepperoni pizza and with an attitude she said they did but I had to order in the speaker. I proceeded to tell her I was sorry and I didn't see it (again 1st time to be at the new building) . She told me with a huge attitude,"Well you drove right past it!". Yes it was my fault to just drive past it ,again first time since the last building you would just drive straight to the window. With the attitude I was receiving I just told her to nevermind and she was like "You want pepperoni and what else?" ,and again I repeated that I was just going to leave and then I drove off and ended up ordering from another place . This person needs to double think if customer service is something she really wants to do. It is not for everyone,I work in customer service myself and this behavior would be unacceptable.
